The rewards are a step in the wrong direction. Nobody wants to play RS3 yet they keep importing bad updates from that game seemingly every month. Glad to see someone recognizing that death by a thousand cuts is a very real thing.
Things do seem to be moving very quickly recently and a lot of players are just thinking in terms of whether it helps their account right now. I think rs3 has some good to offer too tbh but when we start changing UIs and combat systems and skills become mini games I start thinking I’ve seen this all before
@@spicymilkosrs I felt this years ago which is why I only ever come back for leagues or DMM because they're not trying to disguise themselves as anything but a new experience. OSRS is far beyond what I imagine old school to be, which is fine, but it's not for me anymore. It's like a proto-RS3 experience at this point complete with Not!Korasi.
Every mid - high lvl UIM Should be excited by the regent pouch, purely for the fact you can use items straight from the pouch, meaning making a few potions on the fly will be a lot easier and you won't need to keep stacks of potions on you if you wanted to do a little PvM burst now and then between skilling or slayer etc. Only thing I'd like to see on top of this is the ability to store clean herbs in the herb sack, (still with a maximum of 30 total of each type of herb so it isn't actually a huge buff).
That’s interesting I would imagine the UIM community would be divided on this. If they keep buffs like this going pretty soon UIM will have more inventories than ironmen today.
@@spicymilkosrs My perspective is of that of a maxed UIM player, and in my opinion, the thing that will make this broken for UIM as well as every other game mode is being able to use the secondaries without having to withdraw them, as it means you'll be able to make full inventories of potions rather than the usual 13 for UIM (unless keeping the potions then it's 12), 14 for everyone else. I personally don't think it will increase the XP rates too drastically in general since the main component of herblore training for ironman in general is collecting all the supplies, maybe with the exception of super energies/staminas where you grab the secondaries on the go. I think it's a nice QoL item similar to the herb sack or seed box.
The goading potions will be nice. I’m sick of world hopping at sand crabs to raise my combat levels. As far as Slayer goes, if you’re already going afk for 15 minutes and not looking at the screen, the only real difference is how often you look at the screen. At most level ranges, this still presents the opportunity to die due to inattention during combat. Your 99 attack cape will still take just as much effort; this doesn’t make the game any easier. Additionally, making non aggressive enemies aggressive may potentially make your slayer tasks take longer, and may invite damage types and conditions you otherwise wouldn’t worry about.
Just came across your channel. Very cool videos. Subscribed!

My dog loved this week’s herbaceous spicy milk but he asked if you could add some kibbles next time thx
You mean to tell me there’s no potion storage/vault coming out?😢

Keep up the good quality osrs videos
Not everyone needs to be max
Agreed but I think a lot of the play base now expects it and the devs are catering to it.
I think I'll stick to bank standing and pot making.
