I actually love this property. I imagine living here is like a summer dream. I think the Barn is my favorite structure out of them all, especially the part with the loft. That looks like the perfect place to have your office, honestly.
I love the hamptons! My parents had just recently bought a house there and It’s just the best place on earth! Everyone is so friendly and there’s o much to do.

This is one of the few places I've seen here on AD that is actually worth the money. A total of 6 homes/structures on the property, all that land, in the Hamptons? What a steal. I'll call my accountant tomorrow, for sure.

This is actually not bad and one of the most sensible and deserving of its asking price. If I had more than £500 million, I wouldn't mind buying this one. Actually looks and feels homely, and classy, with all the perfect amenities without giving a grandmother/father vibes. Stunning.
This house awesome....everything I could ever ask for. You can tell the owner (or who ever) really made it more like a home rather than just a show piece.

with a double height ceiling this dwelling is a barn, the unique thing about this dwelling is the double height barn, which makes it a ceiling. Your ceilings are double barned and also serve as a dwelling, however the ceilings also serve as a double dwelling barn.
