Early on Pekora mentioned how Marine went out of her way to include her and make her feel welcome. It's doesn't seem like it now but Pekora had a real problem dealing with people IRL and didn't feel confident to join in. She credited Marine with really helping bring her out of her shell. So yeah they're closer than you'd think. You can tell when they play or do a skit together, Marine loves teasing her and Pekora loves cringing back like she doesn't like it.
