    This is a good prove that not all video uploaded in youtube is correct.
    where on earth is the ratio of concrete class 20/20 has been 1:1.5:3
    and concrete class 15 1:2:4.

      I think ratio for grade 15 is 1:3:6
      for grade 20 is 1:2:4.

      There are two grading systems, what you choose to work with determine the mix ratios. The C15 ratio is different from the M15.
      His ratios are correct .
      The only issue in the video I believe is the amount of water to be, I think it's too much if you use the water/ cement ratio for your calcu

      M15- 0.5 to 0.6 ltrs per 1 kg cement
      M20-0.5 ltrs per 1 kg cement
      M25-0.45 ltrs per 1 kg cement

    I have a question in another video where you talked about W/C ratio it would be between 0.4 - 0.6? How did you get 60 Liters for M5 ? Cause if i use 0.4 x 50kg = 20 liters or 0.5 x 50 = 25 Liters or even 0.6 x 50 = 30 Liters How did you get 60 ?

      it depends on the design. but according to thumb rules,
      for PCC ....Grade 7.5
      for Footing ..Grade M15 or M20
      for coloumn.....Grade M15 or M2o
      for Beams ,,,,Grade M15
      for Slab ,,,,Grade M15 or M10
      CDepending on weather its G1, G2 or multi storey structure.

    simply 50 kg x by 0.6 or 0.5 = 30 litres of water reuired per bag and you wrote grade and didnt show for what purpose is grade used

      Kamran Gul your post is correct. The video is incorrect in so many ways, water will be constant for cement....it will not change on the mix....what changers is the water ratio for slump that is required....

    Wouldn’t it be easier to calc water per cubic yard according to mix design? How do you know the Precise water is going into the load? “Slump test” 4 inch 5, 6 etc done on site by a resident inspector. Loads are calculated by sacks per yard according to aggregate size. Pea gravel, 3/4 loads, gip, etc etc.

      In perfectly water needs 5% from weight cement. More water take stratification in the mix, after dry take micro cracks , if we have sandy ground , the cement milk absorbed in ground lose itself design strenght. We need as little water as possible. water influens on workable mix. And we need to put different additives.
