Tomorrow's Leaders Webinar Series: Leading the way to close the skills gap

Following on from the 2023 ‘Shaping the Future as a Modern Professional in Construction Management’ webinar series, we are delighted to bring you two further webinars in the series. Members of our Tomorrow’s Leaders Community, alongside industry experts, will explore and discuss the main issues and challenges the built environment is facing. Our panelists will share their insights and opinions on how both our leaders of today and tomorrow can navigate their way in an ever-changing environment. Key topics of discussion include Skills Gaps, and Professional Competency & Ethics.
Part 4 in this webinar series will be exploring the issues around skills gaps in the industry including the extent to the problem and the impacts this is already having and will continue to have on the industry moving forward. We will discuss examples of what is already being done in the industry to tackle this issue as well as discussing what further can be done and how as industry professionals you can play your part.
