Another awesome benefit of walling is how tremendously responsive the developers are, as well as being open to new ideas. I've been using the app for a long time and when I first started using it single column views were not possible. I emailed them asking if they would ever consider doing a single column view, and within the week they implemented the feature for me.
Thanks, Scott! I had never heard of this app and it looks like a great tool. I love the flexibility and the visual aspect. I will definitely check it out and the bonus of being free...can't beat that.
I really like the black and white design instead of visually bombarding the user with colour. The colour instead comes from the user adding it to their work.
Thank you for this app For me google keep don't have features that i want and notion is too complicated i can't understand notion from past 1 year So, this app is best for me
Nice review but you did not mention the wizard? Imo this is one of the main features of walling next to the possibility to use notes at different places the same time (and the visualisation of notes side by side). I use walling for one week now and love it more each day
Is deleting a folder a pro feature we have to unlock or a feature only available on the Mac version? I keep trying to delete a folder when using the desktop website in Apple Safari on an iPad Pro and nothing happens.
Walling is great. I keep coming back to it. But it's frustrating trying to "Paste" anything into a brick, etc. You never know what is going to appear. And (at least) half the time it's not a great result. (edit: instead of "not great" - - "not consistent" or "unexpected result" might have been a better way of putting it. but it's since gotten better.. details below)
Thanks for your feedback! This is now fixed in the recent version of app. We are continuously improving the app experience, feel free to share with us any comments or feedback over email! :)
A problem I have with Walling is the vocabulary they use. If Walling is the digital equivalent of adding content to a physical wall in a room either by yourself or with others then Walling should adopt the same vocabulary we already use. Right now the vocabulary in Walling makes it sounds like we are building a brick wall- it just doesn’t make sense when the goal is to add/pin/post content on a wall.
I understand that this is a paid promotion and I really appreciate your review of walling. However, you can't state that it's "absolutely free" when you're limited to 100 bricks on the free version. That's what you would call a paywall. Pun intended.
Want to see if Walling is the better project management tool for you?
Try it out for yourself here: walling.app/
Thanks!
You are most welcome, Randy. Thank you very much for the Super Thanks!
Thanks Scott for this fantastic review and thanks everyone for your feedback! We can't wait to share with you the upcoming updates!
Can't wait!

Wow, Seth. Thanks for sharing this great story about how responsive the team is!
You have changed my vision toward this app. Thank you dear Scott. I do not regret following you, because each time we learn from you new things. 🙏💕
So glad to hear that, Sabri. Thanks for subscribing!

If using the Walling website in the Apple Safari app on an iPad Pro is it better to use the desktop website or the mobile website?
How can I add subsection?

100 Bricks limit across a wall or all the walls?
Any idea why Walling is based on a brick wall analogy?
A con bon board?

@@Walling Thanks, Yes, it does seem to be a little more consistent and smoother. Looking forward to future tweaks & improvements. Thx.,
Free account is very limited, it has only 100 bricks 😫
And I cannot edit bookmark title/url
