Rachel McGuinness hey are you playing the piano normally or are you making music on a computer? If your in a computer then there should be somewhere saying tempo. Just turn down the tempo and it will be slower.
I use Logic Pro x and I just turned my tempo from 120 down to 105

Rachel McGuinness click the video settings on TH-cam. Then click playback speed. You can then slow it down
What I do is, well I'm still a biginner but I am born a a musical family and we do play piano, what I do is I first learn the right hand and when that's done I do my left hand, then I'll try to play the video in slow motion so do it step by step slowly with the notes in the video, I play it alot and alot of times and then when I get it, I faster the spread a bit and to the same.... That's how I do it, you don't have to follow the way I do it😅 but yea😊
