- FINALLY! Time for some GFRIEND B-Sides! This video contains my reaction to "Here We Are" and "Eclipse" from Labyrinth. after this video we will be starting from their first album, Season of Glass, and I will pick one track for the video, then you guys will pick the other B-Side through a Community Poll!
I can't wait to check out more of the tracks from the girls!

Ah, you got to the B-side, and how expected that you start with Here We Are. This is my favorite track of the entire album including Crossroads and Labyrinth. I mentioned before that I just find the girl's harmonization and layering so appealing. When the verse of "Here We Are" comes up, I just want to jump up and go "Yeah!" This song holds some special magic. However, there are some other strong contenders from Gfried's B-side to wait for :-)
I the the members mentioned (or maybe Sowon this) that Eclipse is their favorite track of the "Crossroad" album. I can see why with the interesting instrumental composition and that prominent beat.
The whole album is very tightly composed. "Here We Are" speaks to the longing of reunion."Eclipse" talks about the determination to see the other one in spite of some unwanted disruption. They are all very thematically consistent with the concept of Crossroads.

My favorite song in labyrinth is Here we are! It became my favorite GFriend song! I thought Rough was unbeatable but here we are changed it!

Good choices with Eclipse and Here We Are, probably the most powerful songs in this album as the other 2 are a lot slower still with beautiful vocals!
Well I mean for Season Of Glass it only has 3 tracks 🥺 Glass Bead, Neverland and White and an intro track! My personal favourite apart from Glass Bead is Neverland!

The reason there isn’t any performances of Eclipse and Here we are is because since their Fever Season album they haven’t performed their side tracks from those albums (same with sots). They usually perform them at their concerts but their last one was after the release of Fever Season for their Asia Tour aka GoGo Gfriend. I imagine they would perform Here We Are tbh since I remember the girls saying it would fit perfectly in as an encore song especially with the “na na na” part in the song!

I love your interpretation of the song lyrics so i’m very curious whether you would be able to tell the meaning behind these two songs since both of these songs have such beautiful meanings! And btw, i feel like most of the time gfriend songs and the sense of longing in their songs are referring to themselves and their friendship. Since their storyline mainly revolves around their friendship and just broken friendship in general and the desire to mend and heal their friendship with each other. So that’s why i always interpret it this way. Of course gfriend also has cute, pick me up, love type of songs, but a lot of the time when the lyrics don’t straight up let you know that the type of relationship being talked about in the song is romantic, it will be about their friendship instead. So yeah, gfriend’s lyrics are really something:)
