Recipe for Seminole Pumpkin Custard:
16 oz of pureed pumpkin
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 eggs
1 can Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
1/4 tsp Salt
Bake in greased ramekins (in waterbath) at 425 for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and bake another 20 minutes.
