Bro In my opinion u should start in 2nd year onwards....!! If you want to start in 1st itself then u can start with discrete mathematics, mathematics,then c language then it would be helpful for you ...if u start with other subjects u might get feel demotivated as all other subjects required basic concepts of these basic subjects...l hope it may helps u.....!! by the way good luck bro for gate journey!!!!!!!

Yes you are offcourse perfect guide for students but one issue is that educate students to invest money instead of saving money. There are expenses in each and every day of life so money is tool. So teach them to invest and make more money. Money cannot be saved.
