I just had that feeling about this amp Company. I said to myself "It just looks so cool. It has to sound great". And it does.

I absolutely love this amp with the volume dimed. I'm surprised the reviewer doesn't like it. (I'm using humbuckers tho.)

I see the mic, but it doesn't sound mic'd.

That's the amps reverb lol. It's really good.

Nice demo. Wondering how much more gain the non tremolo has though.

It's just one less 12ax7 gain stage than the non-trem model, so I would think that a mild clean boost (e.g. EP Booster) in front of it would get you that extra grit.

Also, I believe the footswitch is an extra-cost option. I had to order one for mine (which I bought used).

@@blave549 It does take up a bit of wattage but not much. The Trem is the reason for buying this beautiful amp.

My EQ switch pops when I switch it... nothing too loud but could that be an issue? Thanks man

It’s part of the circuit design. They all pop on this model and the STR Tweed. Psionic Audio has a video of the STR Tweed where he explains why this happens and in the comments section he explains how to fix it. “The grid looses reference to ground and hence looses its bias at the moment of switching.” A competent tech can install a resistor “from the switch center to the ground lug of the adjacent input jack” to eliminate the popping. Don’t try this yourself unless you really know what you’re doing, as there is lethal voltage inside the amp and capacitors can hold that voltage even after the amp is off and unplugged. Take it to a tech.

@@SweetSpotSC Sweet, man thank you for the information.

@@CBGypsy03 You’re welcome. I have one of these too and I really like it, but the popping switch is annoying.
