    Thank you very much.
I would like to know about the dome:
After glue the midle bar or 2 V bottom bars, the guitar top ưill still has dome shape (from side to side, from heel to bottom) or the top must be flat again?
If still dome, so all cross bars are also much be curved accordingly with the top? And the strip binding also need to open 91 degrees angle? Many thanks.

The glue surface of the faan braces and V braces is flat. The soundboard is placed on a work board with a dome, so when the thin braces pressed down, they take the shape of the domed board underneath the soundboard.

Nice video. What height/thickness do you aim for in the lower cutoff bars? Is the reinforcement around soundhole same material as top? Thanks.

Thanks. I often change the dimensions of those bars, but most commonly, they are 4mm wide X 6mm tall.

And I generally use whatever piece or pieces of spruce I find in my scrap bin for the sound hole reinforcement. My concern there is to stiffen the area without adding much weight. I don't think matching the species is important.

@@zimnickiguitars311 does it really need reinforcement there given you have a other major braces? On mine I have a large diagonal brace below the sound hole and my neck comes right up to the sound hole.

    Looks like Jose Oribe's bracing

Yes, and that of many other builders.

Yes, the traverse bar done by many, but I have seen no one do a single one as Oribe does. Dave Schramm has copied it a number of times with good results.

And how do you know what will be the final sound, with that ? 🤔

Years of experience. As I said, I can't really describe the sound or responsiveness I want to hear, but when I finally hear it I know the guitar is going to have the tone and sensitivity I want it to have.
