  • I took a classical italian bolognese recipe and had sweet chinese sausages in it. AND I regret NOTHING. Haters gonna hate, potatoes will potate. That's what my friend from Lebanon used to say. Go on haters. Go on hatin'

Loved watching this....that pasta looked soooo good. I want to try it with pork only :D ....question, why did you fry the garlic in a lot of oil? can you achieve the same thing with less oil?

Hmmm.. the idea is to get the sliced garlic evenly golden brown and extract the garlic flavor into the oil. It's hard to achieve that with conduction or direct heat. Oil works best for that. Unpopular opinion: You could try rendered animal fat as a heathier alternative! It'll be tastier too 😉 and yes, animal fat is healthier than processed vegetable base oils.
