There are too many. Maybe when she returns to the hospital to operate on Richard's wife right before her wedding.
Basically every scene she’s in…best character on Greys.
Bailey is just the best. She’s tough but seriously cares about everyone so much.
I was hugely impressed by the episode when Bailey had a heart attack at a different hospital. Their cardio guy didn’t know his stuff when it came to the signs of a woman having a heart attack. She set him straight and, in the process, gave a great PSA on the signs of heart attacks in females. Excellent episode!

A few things that made me love Dr. Miranda Bailey--
5) Her disgust with interns
4) Her love/ hate relationship with Derek
3) Her PTSD after the shooter (her fear and memories of that horrific time, show that anyone can become triggered/ mentally unstable, and so leads me to my last two important reasons why I love her--)
2) Her strength
1) Her DETERMINATION
The way she comforted that little girl who was dying made me love her the most
Bailey and Christina Yang are the best characters period.
And Callie
I loved them so much.

Also the Thanksgiving episode where the sub doctor was looking for the nazi and the reveal to him that it’s Bailey is iconic!
Okay but Bailey reading Burke to filth and her saying "somebody better lower this table or get me something to stand on" were both so iconic
Which season and episode
Grey’s has been on 18 years and Bailey has hardly aged a day or changed a bit. She’s an icon.
I'd even say she looks sm better in later seasons lol the hair they gave her in the early seasons is a crime 😂
Bailey is one of a kind, and the show just wouldn’t be the same without her!!!
Bailey broke me when she realized the elevators weren't working and that Dr. Percy was going to die.
the most memorable episode for me
When Dr. Bailey was speaking about O'Malley in the sense of him being her son after his death was so heartbreaking. Amazing performance
Bailey IS the best character. The only reason I’m still watching.

While the show is named for Meredith Grey, Dr. Miranda Bailey was, is and always will be the heart of the show. She's tough because she wants those she's in charge of to be the best they can be. Call me biased, but Bailey is the best of the best and Chandra Wilson plays her to utter perfection.
I loved when she shocked everyone w her Star Wars reference w the patient in concrete ♥️
I love when Bailey was giving birth to Tuck. George had to get her to push and actually have Tuck and it broke her heart when George died.

Hey! What about the Pot Cookie Episode? That whole episode was HILARIOUS to watch! Especially the part where April and her play their bagpipes for Harper Avery. Lol.

Bailey is my favorite character on the show. Here are the 3 moments that come to mind. 1) The episode with the shooter. Her acting on that one was amazing! 2) After George died and then Izzy got cancer Bailey had a freak out and she had that one line where she said to herself crying " Why are you freeking out so much? They are not your children." and 3) On that episode where a highschool football team went to the er. The guys were playing with the ball in the er. So they throw it accidentally to a doctor who was trying to cut something from another patient. When the ball hit her she cut the patient's ear off. The ear fell to the floor where another doctor stepped on it and fell. And at the end of the day we have Miranda and Richard watching the security footage and laughing their asses off. It was hillarious.

There was a Thanksgiving episode where a one time surgeon was looking for the nazi and Bailey had him running around looking for the nazi and made him do sutures in the pit while she was doing surgeries... the reveal that she's the nazi was gold 1😂😂
I love that look that Bailey and Meredith exchange when McDreamy is learning how to do Zola's hair. Like Meredith, herself, had been taught by Bailey to do her daughter's hair.
I loved her Idris-Elba-speach. Bailey is hands down the best character on Grey's 🤷♀️

When she said, “I’m Pregnant, you blind moron!” “I am Dr. Bailey and I *will* return!” When she was given permission by Burke to say what she thought and she was interrupted and said, “I still have another 22.2 seconds!” “Sexual Sorbet!” When she and Meredith were talking about George while his mom was having surgery. When she had her heart attack.
My fave moment of this lioness is when she was having a panic attack with 007 while she was in labour and he helped her deliver the baby. I love her so much.
Love Bailey. One of my favorite Bailey moments is when she berates Derek about guys like him not seeing girls like her in season 4 episode 8. She is always the character that makes me cry. Chandra Wilson is so good!

I love Miranda Bailey so much. Two of my favorite scenes were when she was in labor and George stepped in for the husband who was fighting for his life in surgery. The other is when the gunman was terrorizing the hospital looking to kill Derrick and he pulled her out from under the hospital bed and asked if she was a doctor. Grey's would not be the same without her.
Agree with the number one but I think when she sends that guy on a wild goose chase when he overlooks her and assumed she couldn't be the one they call the nazi, should be up there
7.32 the pause before " the Vajayjay.." had me on the ground holding my stomach due to laughter. I couldn't imagine any more awkward conversation than sexual talk with Bailey.

FUNNNNNY STORRRYYYYY!!!! So back in the day, my friend thought it would be funny to call me “VaJayJay” after hearing it on the show. It spread like wildfire. VaJayJay this, VaJayJay that. People screamed it across the room.
ALAS. We finally became of age that we all realized screaming it across the room was no longer something that seemed appropriate.
So BORN WAS THE JJ.
My nickname (that I’ve always felt to be hilarious) was shortened to “JJ”. I cannot tell you how many people call me JJ now. 90% of souls. People don’t even know my real name. (Which is Vanessa by the way!) I love it. It’s even MORE comical that people have no idea my nickname came from someone calling me a frickin vagina once. LOL
