I recently found out that journaling is a good habit as it improves yourself alot. Doing journal like thing is similar to talking to yourself but with more truly as you can't lie to yourself while journling as if you even try to lie yourself you feel like you are doing something wrong ❌ kinda a thing.
Journal is same as meditation 🧘♀️ as you can talk to your inner self about what you want from your life.
Actually If you are give yourself a discomfort its means you are improving.
Iam writing this comment 💬 because my thoughts on journal has been changed alot.
