Bloodborne Virus Unit: Support Worker

Ellie is a Project Worker in our Blood Borne Stabilisation Unit, which supports people experiencing homelessness with blood borne viruses to stabilise and adhere to medication allowing clients to better comply with treatment.
One of the initiatives our Blood Bourne Stabilisation Unit offers includes a 6-week program comprised of 8 modules based around health promotion and harm reduction. The program is designed to create awareness around patterns of drug use and to help clients recognise triggers to prevent future relapses.
