This is my no mods settlement build with creation club and dlc items included.
I had a lot of fun decorating here, inspired by some of the traditional coastal towns in my county of the UK.
I hide a small vault boy figure in all of my settlements, see if you can find him!

Word of warning though - you need to install some gym equipment, as your settlers are starting to look a bit flabby due to all these creature comforts. 😂
