    Thanks for taking the time to make these videos! They are very helpful as I'm doing my first bottom end at 49 yrs old lol. Just an fyi. Your missing a tiny cap that goes on the nub on the piece that holds the tiny springs and hats on the shifter. It takes the slop out of the shifter and works as a bearing also.

      Good catch, its a $5 part and does take the slop out of the shifter.

    What year was this bike. I’m trying to put together an 89 125. I got it fully disassembled in bags and boxes and never put one of these together or taken one apart for that matter. I got the trans put together new bearings and seals installed and the cases and sealed back up, now my parts, don’t look anything like your parts lol.

      Yea this is a 99 or 00, yours will be different in a lot of ways.

    Great video helped me out a good deal. I have a question about testing the transmission gears. I can cycle though the gears, but can I test to make I can get it in neutral and nothing is off. both spindle s spin together no mater where I move the shifter

      Ahh I found neutral just had to put some pressure on the counter shaft to keep it from spinning
