I don’t know what it is but having a solid morning routine always makes me feel better throughout the day plus breakfast is my favorite meal of the day so it’s definitely motivation to get up 😅
i struggle w eating breakfast cos of my ed but what do u eat any ideas

@@saranaji794 honestly something small but still nutritious like toast w/ peanut butter, add some sliced bananas!! Really good!! Good luck w recovery !! I’m very proud of u
i used to struggle too!! I found eating a yoghurt bowl sufficient, it kept me full + its healthy!! i just put fruits and yoghurt + muesli/granola
I love getting up pretty early-ish so I can just eat breakfast and do my routine in peace and let me tell you it's been life changing just having those couple of hours to yourself in the morning
