    It’s so normal to feel like you have racing thoughts and can’t relax when you first start meditating ❤️ For me I like doing it at night as well, right before bed. The tracks to relax podcast is great too

    I recommend you to apply your oil as a very last step of your routine because nothing absorbe correctly if you put it first 🫶🏼🫶🏼

    My two doggies also have sensitive skin and stomach ! After many vet visits and bills, chicken is the #1 allergy in dogs and beef being #2. They a salmon diet - look for healthy skin and stomach kibble with salmon. Salmon meal is different than salmon “meat” in kibble, the “meal” means it’s highly processed

    My dog also had the same issues as your baby . Major allergies , upset stomach , diarrhea and throwing up ,red itchy skin . We went through a lot with her , our vet recommended a hydrolyzed protein diet before testing further . It does get very expensive for testing . We switched her food and never had an issue again ! Honestly it saved her ! We use Royal Canine from the vet

    I have an English bulldog and he is allergic and sensitive to almost everything. An allergy test is so expensive and it doesn’t test that many stuff. So we did a good sensitivity test which was only $150 compared to a $700 vet allergy test. The food sensitivity test really helped us
