The act of dragging the person like you do with no foot harness allows a better, smoother and longer decompression. Having the foot harness makes it super jerky and doesn’t allow a full natural extension of the body. Then that lower angle you do is perfectly n sync with angle of the spine. Doing a super high top angle doesn’t pull the discs the best way to decompress them fully. Good work:)

I didn´t know anything about chiro really, I just got my ribcage blocked and somebody recommended a chiropractor they knew to me... I am so happy they did :)

Those, in turn, can cause devastating symptoms. You’re better off with lifestyle changes and strengthening your neck. Not letting some cultist violently manipulate it.
