I gotta give you credit on your Y strap. Recently got the Y strap with a foot harness at another place. It barely moved and was uncomfortable. The act of dragging the person like you do with no foot harness allows a better, smoother and longer decompression. Having the foot harness makes it super jerky and doesn’t allow a full natural extension of the body. Then that lower angle you do is perfectly n sync with angle of the spine. Doing a super high top angle doesn’t pull the discs the best way to decompress them fully. Good work:)

So I was always sort of "oh no", all muscles tensed, thinking to myself "oh no, the tensed muscles and pulling don´t go well together" etc. :D. Just could not help myself. I didn´t know anything about chiro really, I just got my ribcage blocked and somebody recommended a chiropractor they knew to me... I am so happy they did :)
