Stayed here in Late Aug 2022
Some things I failed to mention in my commentary:
Room had a one cup Kuerig, a fridge with beer, water and soda no snack in room.
Room service is only once a day free and if you wanted another it was $15us. The menu is awful but for breakfast I would request something off menu and they would accommodate.
Chairs at pool were these cushion type chairs that would be wet if it rained and would not really dry at all.
Water bottles you could ask to be sent to your room but you could not get at pool or any restaurants.
Dinner for women you could not wear a cover up but you could be sleeveless and open toed no flip flops they said but my daughter wore some no one cared. Very strict on men wearing pants. If you didn’t have any they had ones that could be borrowed.

I'm not sure I'd count the arrival drink as an issue during COVID. Having everyone un-mask as soon as they enter the resort isn't exactly the best idea. I think they had it right.

If that’s the steak house then no. It was closed when we were there. No bumps on alcohol. Glad the video helped. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Would they deliver drinks to your room since you got the Royal tower room? And did u try the room service? And if so how late was it open ?And did the room have Wi-Fi?
Yes wifi. Yes on drinks and room service. I can’t recall the time though but I’m pretty sure there was a time frame it wasn’t 24hrs. If I recall right you only get one room service a day and then after that there was a charge I think $5. Sorry it’s been awhile. I hope that helps.
did they have anything made to order at the buffet? Like eggs etc?
Yes for breakfast always had made to order eggs. For lunch and dinner there was sometimes some other made to order items like bbq or burgers etc.
Is greeting someone with a drink really the focus of the vacation and stay at the hotel, including in a all inclusive?
Nope but it’s something I personally observed. I have stayed at 7 other hotels so was just comparing. There was a lot of other things that for me personally just didn’t make the hotel one I would stay at again. Thanks
Im a bit confused with the restaurant dressing code! Could you please give a little bit more of infos on this?
Hi! Men must wear pants, closed toe shoes and no tanks at dinner at any restaurants. Except buffet you can wear shorts and I think open toe shoes ok but never can wear tanks even for breakfast or lunch. When I was there they were strict on this not allowing men without pants and I saw one guy had to borrow some pants from the hotel. Looked like staff pants.
Women can wear swimsuit and beach coverups at buffet but not restaurants. But women can have shoulders showing and open toe shoes but I think they don’t want like flip flops.

Relatives of mine who went to this one recently and they didn't like it. They said staff wasn't very friendly and the food wasn't great. What do you think?
The staff was nice. But I agree food was okay not amazing. Buffet was not good but some of the restaurants were great.
It’s def a 3.5 hotel at best.

Hi 8/29/2022-9/5/2022. Weather showed rain every day. It did maybe for 5 min and one day really hard but that was it.
Is it a far walk to the villas?
Sorry which villas? That may be a different resort? There were three sections. The main rooms, ocean front and the suites. the resort isn’t considered big, to me, that anything was far walk at all.

There has been a waiter service menu-based breakfast alternative that's been served in the Italian restaurant. Was it open during your stay? Was the hibachi section operating in the asian restaurant?
Yes the Italian breakfast was open but I didn’t ever try to eat there. Yes hibachi was open.

Is Restaraunt food included in all inclusive price ?
Only the steakhous is extra. All others - Buffet, Italian, Asian, Mexican, and Seafood are included.
How is the beach can u walk for miles
I didn’t walk it but it runs the entire strip of hotels by it so it’s long for sure. The only thing is that the seaweed has been bad lately. Some hotels clean it and some don’t. Even when cleaned tho it comes back at some point. Still beautiful tho!
I would also pull up a hotel zone map so you can see.
why were they so strict about mens clothes at dinner!? strange
I think they were trying to keep the restaurants somewhat “formal”. Buffet was fine to wear whatever.

Is liquor included in all inclusive package?
Yes! All food including room service and drinks including alcohol. But plan to tip. If you’ve never tried all inclusive you have to it’s the best!
The voice is real annoying
