I don’t mind consignments or resale, however I have a problem when the pieces look worn. I’ve noticed that when I thrift some shops really give attention to make resale items look as appealing as possible. When I say items look worn, I mean that is not an item I would put on the rack. I would have tossed it. Not being negative, I donate a lot, but something I just trash....😊

Yes I find these days you have to spend time inspecting pieces. Sometimes they just throw anything on the rack

Used Ferragamos for $275?!?! Ripoff. Even online they’re cheaper than that.
Consignments stores usually have that price step down over time thing. But usually the higher quality name brand stuff doesn’t get reduced over time.
