I have a TVS Apache RTR 200 4v. Carburettor
Everyday i have to engage choke to ride my motorcycle..
After choke ignition and keeping it for idle for few minutes .motorcycle engine stalls while riding it does not go more than 3700rpm it shuts off.i have found a temporary solution i engage choke and rev my motorcycle to 6500 rpm then the engine runs smoothly at higher gear...or at normal speed...

I ride my rtr200 everyday, however in morning after 12-14 hrs gap it starts only on choke and have keep it idling for 3-4 mins minimum...then only it runs smoothly... otherwise if I idle only for 1 min then it will stall while riding for around 1km.

Same problem for my 200 4v bs4. My bike was idle for 2 weeks as i was not in town and it does not start now. Fed up of this.. changed battery..nothing happens. Will never buy TVS agin in my life...

Start problem solved after 1 week.
I went to the bike showroom where i buy rtr 2004v abs fi xconnect because of start switch off no start problem. That fucking head technician unplugged all the wires of bike and plug in wires, and them problem came in FI and wiring.
They said it tooks 2 to 3 days to solve this problem and they tooked my bike to head office showroom servicing and said changed all wire and problem solved but actually problem was not yet solved.
Still today my bike sows FI sign on and automatically switch off the enginee.
I went to another showroom where, there is FI bike scanner machine, which can solve any problems and detectes errors. Today this problem was solved no any problems now.
Dont buy bikes in those showroom where they dont have equipments, machines.

Yes sir I'm facing the same problem its been one month and not getting selfstart at all I try many things but still and battery dies so quick ...I'm just tired and investing money but same .....So sir like you said now can you show through your rtr apache 200 where you change and it started working please

Hello I have purchased rtr 200 bs6 4 months ago. Same issue, service centre told me that magnetic coil has to replaced. First he told there is issue in starter plug then he told therre is issue in coil. He told that it will take 10,14 days for magnetic coil. So i want to ask is really there is really issue with magnetic coil ?? because my bike is new just 4 months and other question is in how many days it took for you to get maghetic coil? BTW NICE VIDEO
No buddy ye mainly spark plug ka problem hay. Ap 1st start chock laga ke karo. Or ye chize try karo. Agar video accha laga to subscribe karna mat vulna. Thanks for your comment.

@@rahulkorgaonkar9590 bs6 fuel injection hi aggar cold start problem Hi to motul 10w40 use karo ya liquimoly 10w40... spark plug me oil aa jata ho ga check karo ...........meri bike bs4 hi ... 1)carburator turned karo ek dum perfect 👌 fuel mixture na kam ho na zada ...2) maine motul 7100 10w40grade oil use kiya.... but oil use karne se phle maine liquimoly ka .... combo 4t shooter. Flush shooter,mos2 shooter use kiya hi .... full engine flush kar ke motul 10w 40 use kiya maine. 3) spark plug change kiya dual electrode Bosch ka.... aggar Bosch ka na mile to ngk ka use karo...... itna sub karne ke badd meri cold start problem solve hui hi ... but morning me main kabhi kabhi choke use kar leta hoo .... bike perfect 👌 hi ... ek aacha mechanic se repair karao bike........ aggar aap ki bike bs4 hi to 99% case me bad carburetor tuning hi......... TVS agency wale gadhe hi unko samajh nahi aata wo log rpm screw zada kar dete hi.... NOTE:-morning me hum jab bike start karte hi tab bike cold hi or uski rpm kam hi ..... suppose that 1400 rpm hi...... or jab bike hum 5 se 10 min chalate hi tab bike ka rpm suddenly increased ho jata hi ... suppose that 1600 .... tab bike zada noise karti hi .... actually me morning me normal days me rpm 1200 se 1300 kafi hi ...... trust me

Bro apka could starting problem solve nahi huva hai kyuki Apache 200 4v me bs4 jitni bhi bike hai usme manual carburettor diya hai usme automatically dena tha but nahi diya aur mere paas bs4 me top model hai usme bhi sem problem arhi hai morning me bhi agar aap chock deke Star karte ho to vo turant start hoti hai but 8 hours ke liye din bhar stat mat karo fir nahi hoti bina chock se our rahi baat sare Apache ki to mere paas bs3 me 180 abs thi but ismete kabhi aisa problem nahi aya 8 year tak used kiya mushkill se mushkil 3ya 4 baar chock diya ye kuch Alg hi bimari hai 200 4v ke carburettor ki
Vai now it is solved. May long time off rakhne ke bad hamesha isko chock start hi karta hu. Koi risk nehi leta

দাদা ভাই আমার প্রণাম নেবেন। দাদাভাই আমিও apache 200 4v bs6 Rider। দাদা আমার বাইকেও একি প্রবলেম। আমি সকালে বা বিকালে যখন হোক গাড়ি fastটে চালানোর সময় আমার গাড়ি বন্ধ হয়ে যাছে । কি করবো কিছু বুঝতে পারছি না🤦♀🤦♀😥😥।
Apache এর মেইন প্রবলেম এর স্টক ব্যাটারি আর স্পার্ক প্লাগ এ। ওই দুটো বদলে ফেল । তাহলেই প্রবলেম মিটে যাবে। ভালো লাগলে সাবস্ক্রাইব করে বাকি ভিডিও গুলো দেখতে ভুলো না

জানেন দাদাভাই আমার গাড়ি স্টার্ট করে আমি রেখেদিয়েছিলাম সেই বার বার বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে। কিন্তু একটু চালানোর পরে আর বন্ধ হয়নি কি করবো বুঝতে পারছিনা। মনটা খুব খারাপ

I have put an absolutely new battery and if I don't start the bike for 2 days the bike is not starting, it's giving the low battery start issue, not picking up at all

Sir I have purchased bs6 model and in first start engine dies in 1st , 2nd and 3rd gear especially. Only 1000 kms done. Also I’m worried that bike engine doesn’t turn off while I’m doing higher speed.
