your round robin choice is amazing! Love it. you have a nice number of WIPs. I do best when I have a goal, the community projects are great and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. I go for lugana or linen these days versus aida, but occasionally enjoy aida still as well. I turn 50 next year....wow. So sorry that your trip got cancelled, I would be disappointed too but if you can do it by yourself someday, definitely do. I was hoping to go to New Zealand when I turn 50 but that is so not happening.....but there is a stitchy cruise happening right before my birthday for Alaska..which is also on my bucket list. I live in the states and totally understand the concern. Stitch North will be great. We are all a little weird in our own way. If you are in the facebook group for stitch north, you can usually find someone to get a ride with, is only about 15 minutes from hotel. I like your paper planning, quite impressive. I have never been able to stick to any kind of planning. Thank you for sharing!
Hello from Ontario. Like you, I was monogamous in stitching until I started my flosstube channel last year. However I do have a needle shop with excellent fabric only minutes away. Happy new year.
Thanks!!! I haven’t been to a needle work shop since the late 1990s and even then it was a 3 hour drive. I’m looking forward to Stitch North to get a bunch of stuff!!! I watch your videos too… I’m glad to see others from Canada lol

We’re ALL weird and awkward, so you’re going to fit in just fine! 😂 I was nervous last year going to Stitch North too, but our community is so awesome and kind and welcoming and it was the absolute best time. I can’t wait to go back this year and I’m excited to meet you in person too! I just turned 50 last week, and I’m still wrestling with it. I just can’t believe I’m old enough to be 50! I know Steph (@pocket_rottie2005) turns 50 this year too, so the three of us can have a 50 pity party at Stitch North together. Hahaha!
