I phoned a local technician before and he said my computer hard drive was completely shot and I’d be lucky to get the data off of it. Would cost two to three hundred dollars to get it going again. @@LotusGeek the problem is that I used a windows bootable USB and changes the boot order but it doesn’t work. I’m not getting through the windows repair option nor the installation

"windows cant be installed to this hard disk space. Bitlocker drive encryption is enabled on the selected partition. suspend (also referred as disable) bitlocker in the control panel, then restart the installation" do you have a video for that?
