I love and respect this man SO much that he sometimes brings me to tears. His wife is extremely fortunate to be his life partner.
By the way, TODAY (June 21, 2023) is the day that King Henrik will surely be voted into the Hockey Hall of Fame! So stoked for him! I would have loved to see him win the Cup. But really, being chosen as a Hockey Hall of Famer is a MUCH bigger honor! It’s the top award for an entire career, not just a single season! ❤️👍🏼

I miss him so much, if it is safe I would love to see him win the cup but I wish it could be with the Rangers. I’m still having trouble seeing him as a Capital. But wherever he is, whatever he’s doing, I wish him the best and I hope he knows how much the Rangers fans will always love him!! God bless you, Henrik
Henrik was way to good and classy a human being to be a Capital. They didn’t deserve him.

He should be a wonderful inspiration for you! Hope your surgery went well.
The only thing that can hold him back are his doctors and his body. His mindset is steel strong. The story would be more compelling, if possible, if he returns to play this season. Like he said, one hurdle at a time. Put that one behind you and now concentrate on to the next.

The best goalie I have ever seen play for the NYR's. I just hope he gets better and stays healthy. His career path is up to him and his family. I am grateful I got to see HL play for the NYR's.

Life throws you a curve ball, a knuckle ball, and then nails you in the head with a 100mph fastball. It doesn't matter that you get knocked down, it only matters that you get up.
Watch Lundqvist wind up back with the Rangers in the off-season. It will be like Washington never happened.

Love this guy, one of my favorite goalies of all time. He’s a class act, and I’m sad that he retired without a Stanley Cup. This is coming from a Bruins fan.
