Then, in 2009, I started rewatching DVDs from the library when the cable went out. Chicken Little was one of those movies and when this song played… it reminded me of me and my Dad’s relationship. It made connect with the character SO MUCH, that now I write stories with that whole group as if it was right after the movie.

Chicken Little is one of my all time favorite childhood movies, brings back so many memories from when I was a child. I'm 18 now, man time really does fly too fast.

My dad and I used to argue like cats and dogs. We eventually figured out that he and I are more alike than we realize. I don’t know if he thinks that, but I saw a reflection of me when his dog passed away. He fell to his knees and started crying over him. In that moment, I knew I was my father’s son because of the heart he has. We both care too much about others more than ourselves. I love my dad. Now and forever.
