Thanks for this. I setup studio for Paul & Zeo to do the mix (8.15). I was made to wear the hat & stripy shirt . People don't believe I worked with Paul, but now I have proof 👌 Blimey taken me back.....any more from Network 7 ? There was another with Dieter Meier which I can't find ?
At the time, I thought Jaswinder Bansil was such a cool and hip young woman but she hasn't got a clue what's going on here! It's like Alan Partridge interviewing ravers.
I don't have it all, must've been on the pause button while recording for some of it, but do have about 75 minutes. Will do my best to get it up on here soon.
Yeah, indeed. Paul Oakenfold's about the only one who's still involved with that world AFAIK. Wonder how long the relationship between the London builder and American model lasted...
I transitioned clients from analogue to digital, edited, produced & mixed for many years after. Then everyone knew how to fly their own DAWs and mix themselves. Now have a simple life and do electronic music for relaxation & fun.
Brilliant!!! Used to love this ground-breakimg programme!! Thanks for sharing ❤
Some rare footage that . Thank you..👍
Woooah Flashback! Used to watch network 7 when I was a kid
Powerful music, amazing how dancing to it can keep you going for 3 nights without sleep,
Great Flashback! 😊

Just about a year before I went to uni in London. Looks like fun! Anton the Pirate! Steve Proctor! Oki Coki! So many memories!
Lucozade and ice pops .... yea right.
I was thinking the same thing
It's code for acid and XTC!!!!
Came to post this 😂

5:24 seems to me that Billy is Phil Dirtbox!!!
Curious what happened to the people in this video. Most in their mid to late fifties/sixties now.

'Anton originated the phrase 'matey' '
Paul Oakenfold was not cool he had a mullet that he fashioned into a ponytail
I watched this at the time, it was deeply cringey back then too.
Not sure at this point is this a parody?
I was 16, and thought this show was the coolest thing ever. My _god_ it was shit.
Well here's the finished track - th-cam.com/video/vyTC_fzy1eo/w-d-xo.html
but fuck me it's bad!
Not heard it since the day, yep it's not improved with time😁 From memory it was Zeo's mix not Paul's.
