It’s so difficult to understand from where to start. I want to pass exam first n then register as agent . As I can’t quit my existing job. I am currently working in bank so I m not sure I can join a brokerage without leaving my bank job. Please advise what should be the first step where I need to enroll for exam .
Never leave a job to start a career. Until your ready..or keep your job and do part time on your career..I learned that what I opened my own business I was still working for a company and once I build my business then I just quit and worked for myself. But never leave your job until you are ready to do so .that is the best advice anyone can give you

You need to quit your banking Job in order to become Insurance Broker. This is full time carrier. It's exciting and rewarding profession.

I have OTL and working as an Agent .. I am planning to write my RIBO. Will OTL help?
Yes, you only need to write the small exam for regulations and ethics , very small book for about 10% of the questions of the total RIBO exam

Yes it is possible to work in the brokerage helping the back office helping the brokers process the paperwork
