I seen those fins on amazon but couldn't find any information on them only a video in Russian . after hearing your thoughts on them I will be getting a pair . also the fact that there about $20.00 cheaper then other entry level fins I've seen is nice too . being on a budget I'm all about gear that won't break the bank .
i think it would have been better if you counter the number of kicks done by each fin to cross the pool. that would have been a more objective comparison. also, reducing your profile drag by swimming in the classic pose, (arm crossed in front)
Guys, I need a help with choosing my first spearfishing fins: I am a beginer in spearfishing , I am 195cm and 115kg. I get the beuchat mundial one fins yesterday. But now I am afraid if it is so hard for my condittions? I didnt try them in water yet but I take in hands today an omer eagleray and Cressi Gara 300LD fins and I feel that theirs blades are more softer than mundial one. Now I am in big question: to change for Eagleray/ Garaor stay with Mundial one? :/
What did you get? I bought a pair of Omer Stingray at first and after a year i bought a pair of Beuchat Mundial One 50 for traveling. Now i only use One 50's becuase they are so easy to bring along and they are just great fins, nothing for world records but good enough for 90% of all freedivers i would think. I have been freediving for 3 years atm.
If you're asking between the fins depicted on this video - Beuchat Mundial Pro & Mundial Elite - then go for the Elite if you seek performance. They are a bit stiffer than the Pro version because they are made to be used in greater depths, which needs reactive blades to push you back up to surface safely. I have them and I can confirm their strong push, but you also need stronger/trained legs to use them. You can also make the Mundial Elite your leg training fins till you get comfortable using them. A stiffer blade also means if you're using them in sea you better get to your diving/spearfishing location on boat (if it is far from shore) before wearing them as they are not suited very well for long shore swimming. You'll be exhausted before reaching your spot and starting your activity. Saying all that I don't mean they are the hardest fins ever, i'm just saying they are stiffer than the Pro version. The Pro version on the other hand is more intended for shallower depths and less trained legs, i.e beginners. So you can get in water from shore and reach your location much easier than by using the stiffer Elite version. A final note, if you get these fins try to check the side clips (< >) that holds the blade to the foot pocket from each side. Some people reported they were weak and had to replace them or even buy new ones as they were lost in action. Hope this helps!

How much do you size up your fins for your 9mm socks? I have No way of testing fins so i need to know from someone who uses 9mm.

I just buy my fins from the local dive shop. Because then I can try them on first and see what fits and how comfortable they are on the feet.

Hi Christian! Great video. I am considering getting a pair but am a bit unsure about the size. What shoe size do you wear in regular shoes?
Consider 1 to 2 sizes more when getting fins since you would use them with neoprene socks. Best thing is to try them in store or from a friend.
