I primarily want to get into freediving and as for weight and strength, I'm 215lbs... and squat 405 .. however, I don't think that strength in the gym translates well in water because I do tire out pretty quickly in my Scuba fins... (Scubapro GO Sport) of course, they aren't designed for freediving but still. What would you recommend?
Hmm, normally for someone your weight I would suggest going with the Sport, but you're right strength in the gym doesn't necessarily translate into the water in the same way. Long fins require different movements and muscles compared to shorter fins. Usually you're looking to kick efficiently, not so much powerfully. Different schools of thought there though. But at least for freediving you want to be more efficient than powerful, spearfishing can be the other way around depending on the person. If I was you I'd probably go with the Motus, they'll be easier for you to learn proper long fin technique with, as they're softer. I would say that Motus are medium soft, mundial elites are medium, and the sports are medium/hard. The motus will be easier to learn with but probably won't carry you down to super deep depths. It really depends though, if you're diving around currents you may want something stiffer, vs calm waters and pools you can use softer fins.

What is the difference between fins with 80cm of tall and 95cm of tall , does that effect of my speed under water if I freediver ? And which one is the best for me if I look for more speed
In theory, longer blades will push more water giving you more power and propulsion. However, there are more factors you'll want to consider, like if the blades have a more graduated stiffness meaning it's stiffer at the base and softer at the tip, or if the stiffness is the same across the blade. If you purely want speed, you'll most likely want a harder carbon blade. Although you'll probably want to consider efficiency, because while a harder blade will give you more power and speed, it may not be suitable for you based on your strength and weight. Typically freedivers are going to choose a softer and longer blade for efficient kicks, and a spearfisher will choose slightly stiffer and shorter blades for power and maneuverability. To each their own though, everyone has their preference, but if you purely want speed I would look for stiffer fins.
I want to buy Motus because I like more design but I am aware that Motus may be too stiff for beginner freediver who weight 73kg in comparison to softer Impulse. What do you think? I am experienced lifeguard so my legs are not weak but also are not strong.
If you have an extra 500$ to spare go with the carbon fiber fins...if your beggining freediving...stay with plastics. On cheaper end ...you can always upgrade.

These would be great if you're a beginner, a bit lighter, and diving in places without strong currents. If you're heavier and diving in stronger currents, they might not give you enough power in the water since they're a softer fin.
If you are fishing the softer it will get against currents is the gara 3000, higher than that will tire and cramp your legs after a while. Gara 3000s are not a beginer fin, beginer fins are softer for those who don't kick well yet, these are a fishing fins that will handle most situations you will encounter, the performance of fins 5+ times more expensive is not worth a dime for fishing to be honest, no wonder why Cressi still keeps them selling after 30 years.
I think you'll more want to think about the conditions you're diving. There are a lot of people including myself who use long fins when doing underwater photography, and some people who use shorter fins for more maneuverability. If you're just doing underwater photography I don't think the material matters that much since you're typically not going for depth or bottom time, just deep enough and long enough to get the shot.
Dont do it bro, get a pair of carbon fiber leaderfins they are damn near the same price and way more efficient carbon fiber has more pushback and flex therefore give more propulsion
Hi ! I don't know what to choose betwen the Seac Motus fins and the Cressi Gara Modular Impulse. My performance is 75m dynamic apnea and 20m depth apnea. I'm 127 pounds. Did someone test both of them and can help me to choose please ?
Generally, yes. Higher-end carbon fiber fins are different though. Different models for different purposes, but if we're talking about plastic then yea they're dual purpose for the most part. You more so want to think about the stiffness. Generally, medium to hard stiffness blades are preferable for spearfishing, and softer blades for freediving, but everyone has their preference.

I wouldn't suggest the Modular Impulse fins for scuba diving as they're too long in my opinion. In terms of softness, depends on you. They're great for lighter divers, looking for a soft freediving fin.

The Gara Nery fins don't have water rails going down the blade like the Impulse fins do. I'm not sure about how stiff the Nery fins are.
