Yes, it should not be black and white, laws must consider the grey area here. By the severity of the crime the age should not matter. Age should only be there for prevention of crime not to favour crime e.g age should be considered when serving alcohol, for driving license, marriage, voting rights, crime against minors etc and not for crime done by minors.

You raise a narcissist. Who believes he is superior. That child will become a narccissist , egomaniac, bully , pathological liar in future. I have seen parents taking side of their kids repeatedly even if its their fault. What will the kid learn? That he is always right. I saw this car that day in the afternoon in kp I just came out of lean 7 that traffic place then the car drive off but at then when i saw the car in the afternoon closed to 4pm he was driving fine only for me to here that the same car i saw in the afternoon got an accident in the morning and kill two people i was so surprised because i saw the car in the afternoon with my two eyes 😞😞😞
