2-2.5 years back I was immensely worried about this issue. I started to search everywhere (quora, TH-cam) the ways to protect myself from false accusations from women. I'm not exaggerating but I went sleepless for few nights. Nowhere did I read that nothing can go wrong against me if I don't do anything wrong. Got some legal awareness from Amish Agarwals' TH-cam channel though. Eventually I got introduced to spiritual content (Osho) which turned out as escapism path for me. But I'm still clueless about the actions that I or men can take to resolve this issue. Women don't understand that just like a woman can't prove that she is a victim, similarly a man can't prove that he's not a perpetrator. But the burden of proof is upon the man.
Often times when i post about these issues on my story i am responded with "But what about the male criminals roaming free?", if the response to the exploitation of men is whataboutism then you are making it clear that you don't actually care at all.

legal recourse in these cases - 1. if FIR is not filed , then apply for anticipatory bail in session court by showing relevant evidences if you have , but if allegations against you are very grave then it is likely that bail will not be granted . file a counter case of criminal intimidation if you have evidence (like this video recording) 2. if FIR is filed then you will be arrested certainly, file regular bail + apply to high court for Quashing of the FIR sad part is that either way you have to deal with jail sentence for sometime understand - in these types of cases medical examination of victim is must within 24 hrs of occurrence as per section 164A crpc , as these are mere allegations so obviously she hadn't gotten herself examined or if so then the report will be negative, so this can be used in your favour. after long litigation battle , you proved innocent then file a case for malicious prosecution -----

Lets say a person never had sex but woman claims they had sex 3-4 years ago, how will he disapprove it? Ig he will need to wait for FIR to disapprove claims but FIR means he is likely to be in jail. 2-2.5 years back I was immensely worried about this issue. I started to search everywhere (quora, TH-cam) the ways to protect myself from false accusations from women. I'm not exaggerating but I went sleepless for few nights. Nowhere did I read that nothing can go wrong against me if I don't do anything wrong. Got some legal awareness from Amish Agarwals' TH-cam channel though.
Eventually I got introduced to spiritual content (Osho) which turned out as escapism path for me. But I'm still clueless about the actions that I or men can take to resolve this issue.

1. if FIR is not filed , then apply for anticipatory bail in session court by showing relevant evidences if you have , but if allegations against you are very grave then it is likely that bail will not be granted .
file a counter case of criminal intimidation if you have evidence (like this video recording)
2. if FIR is filed then you will be arrested certainly, file regular bail + apply to high court for Quashing of the FIR
sad part is that either way you have to deal with jail sentence for sometime

in these types of cases medical examination of victim is must within 24 hrs of occurrence as per section 164A crpc , as these are mere allegations so obviously she hadn't gotten herself examined or if so then the report will be negative, so this can be used in your favour.

Woman can just say they did the deed in some corner of office or college. Idk how will the man disapprove especially if they have over friendly or flirtatious messages with her.
