I remember being stuck on this mission for the longest time because I'd always foolishly take the curved, winding road by the earlier off-ramp exit from the freeway. Driving against traffic, no less.
Agreed. Back when I was an amateur at this game, I remember failing this mission numerous times because of the really tight time limit.

More problable producers make GTA. Even Driver 2 is likeed by many people, like me, i thought GTA there is more story and content than Driver
this mission is the hardest im still at this mission,i played this mission about 1 hours but didnt win so my mum tells to shut down my playstation coz i was playing too long
1. I use the directional buttons on the controller.
2. Believe me, you are not the only one that notices this, the clock on Driver 2 DOES run slow lol.
3. Yes, I have all of the Drivers. I have Driver 1, 2, and 3 for PSX/PS2 (should get Parallel Lines). For the PC, I have Driver 1, 3, and Parallel Lines.
The clock speed is dependent on the frame rate.
Lol don't worry, it's all good. The PSX is basically a shortened form of Playstation (PS1), the first Playstation game console.

I remember when I was replaying this game. When I got to this mission. I had to remember this is when the game stops fooling around and gets harder. And had to remember this mission and the next one which has by far the most infamous mission of the game.
Balls 2 the wall kick ass game is Driver 2 kickin soundtrack aswell

I disagree I thought this mission pretty easy, but ya know what I love about Driver 2 so much? Its soundtrack by far one of the best I've seen since Star Fox Assault even tho in Assault the music was composed by an orchestra.

Lol, trash XD. Jokes aside, I did beat this game in like 5 hrs or so. This mission was kinda easy for me :P
