Very interesting run, and nice steady camera work which is greatly appreciated by we treadmill users who are running "with" you, virtually. The sudden appearances of a disembodied hand (or sometimes part of an arm!) is a little disconcerting though.
Gotta love running on the streets! On our channel we also post videos that can be used as a virtual run. That can be used to run on a treadmill or to get to know the cities of Brazil

Nice route but random hand appearances and waiting to cross the road interrupts the flow. Too many adverts.
