If they were forced to grow there own food locally and naturally which in most places would be like a potatoes and maybe a couple other vegetables they would be way accepting of hunting and eating meat. Instead they order food online or from stores where the food is shipped from across the world to land into there hands. If people ate what was naturally grew in there surroundings and even if you limited it to vegetables most people wouldn't be eating anything similar to what most vegans eat.

And second...any doctor has the right to go beyond what medical school teaches them and educate more by themselves. We have to stop compartmentalizing medicine and make it holistic to really help people in the best of ways. As a professional in the mental health field I know this !

As a person with a bachelors and masters of science in nutrition, this doctor is correct in meat not having a negative effect on the body. High fat meats yes, but not meats or animal products in general
