    IN SHORT: CLOSE eye position will give you a larger sight picture for better clarity of target at the expense of slightly increased idle sway and visual recoil, think of it as putting your face right up on the sights. FAR eye position is the opposite. You're farther away from the sights so it looks a bit smaller but you'll also have less idle sway and more controllability with your recoil. Personally, the FAR position works better in getting more shots on target firing on full auto and you get another extra benefit of having slightly more field of view in the event you need to snap to someone left or right.
    GGs.

    Lmao, this dude describes everything in this video better than those annoying thumbnails with all higher case titles, this guy deserves more subs ❤

    Do a few more of these and the views will be coming in.
    Caught my eye. Sure helps out a lot.

    Thanks for keeping it brief. I’m not tryna watch 30 minute videos on one specific aspect of weapon tuning.

    Hey man I’m just barely past 550, the grind is real. Your content surfaced for me so you’re doing the right stuff.
    Video was quick and to the point and awesome audio, been watching lots of MW2 content and until you said you were close to 500 I was like (500k?) keep it up!

      Thanks! Keep up the grind. I wanna go for camos too but I just had my second son and it’s so hard to even fine time to level up these guns and make content. 🥲 lmk when you get every camo!

    It doesn’t reduce idle away, it’s just more / less zoomed in.

  • @robwhitmore3040
    @robwhitmore3040 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I think it looks almost the same. Possibly exactly the same. One is just a much more zoomed out view. All of them look like the sway is basically one edge of the head to the other.
    I think the main benefit is FOV/awareness while ADS

    • @IAMWAXX
      @IAMWAXX ปีที่แล้ว

      Its just FOV pretty much

    Interesting, never really noticed this. been using a third party centered crosshair dot just to properly know where my Actual center mass is with all the annoying camera shake shit that's been happening, hell even a predator missile dropping on the other side of the map shakes your screen

      There is a permanent dot you can use in game. It's under interface.

    the opposite seems true with magnified optics

  • @JetTheTatGuy
    @JetTheTatGuy ปีที่แล้ว +1

    It's a nice try but not true at all. It's the exact same sway, one is just farther away so it's less noticeable.
    If you miss bullets on one setting, you'll miss on the other setting too.

    There is always gonna be visual recoil. The higher the magnification the more visual recoil. If you are using a high firing weapon then no magnification should be or not higher than 2.5. If you are using a slow firing weapon ( 335 to 635 ) you can go higher in magnification 2.5 to 4.00. Anything above 4.00 in magnification, the weapons firing rate should be ( 340 and under ). There's no trixks to this understanding just facts.

  • @renelagriculteur4609
    @renelagriculteur4609 ปีที่แล้ว

    Maaan come on! Swinging and recoil are the same; it's just that if you look at the sight more closely, the movements appear larger to you. It's pure logic. 1cm from a distance will seem smaller than 1cm up close. So it's just an illusion, an optical effect. In the end, you're aiming the same way.

  • @monkey2god998
    @monkey2god998 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    So whats the benefit of tuning it closer?

    • @JawhBoyLeaf
      @JawhBoyLeaf  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Less visual recoil. But if you want a closer zoom and the gun doesn’t have much visual recoil like the Lachmann AR/556 then you can put it close instead of far.

    Uhm aim stability doesn’t look less with it on far

    • @JawhBoyLeaf
      @JawhBoyLeaf  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Visual recoil is a lot less is what I meant. To reduce aim stability you still have to run attachments for it.

    If your maxing out your gun, you can’t use weapon tuning.

    • @JawhBoyLeaf
      @JawhBoyLeaf  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Tuning only works when you reach max level on your gun. Tuning cannot be used while leveling up your gun. Best to use this when you are going for camos/gold and it’s maxed leveled
