I got this phone about 3 weeks ago. Coming from a xs max, this phone rocks. Best part for me is the night shots.

Apple priced themselves out with this. This should be a 699 phone.
in Canada it was 1,200$, I believe it should've been more like 749 at the absolute most.

I actually sold my first phone 14 plus then decided to bring it back in the blue color also it’s fully unlocked from T-Mobile
I was going to get the 14 pro max but it was back ordered. I was able to get the (red) 14 plus same day. Coming from iPhone 11 I love the phone. Speakers on this phone are excellent by the way!
Went from 12 Max Pro to a OnePlus 10 Pro to the iPhone 14 Plus and it’s basically the same thing lol. Getting a Z Fold 4. The 14+ is solid. It’s just nothing fun

I was unable to get the 13 pro max so I picked this one up. Yes it doesn’t have a few features but it still a very good phone . I got it for 300 so it’s a win for me
That’s why I got the 14 plus- the 13 PM and the 14 Pro and PM weren’t available and I needed a phone. So far I’m really enjoying my experience

Got my powder blue 14 Plus a couple of weeks ago. Love everything about it, even the eSIM! Everything will be eSIM soon so why not get used to it?!
He acts like the majority of iPhone and technology consumers are tech enthusiast which is far from it for most it won’t be an issue and every phone company will start doing the same because again it’s the future and the majority don’t switch phones every single month

My opinion the 14 plus isn’t “new” because they have a 8 plus I did get the red iPhone 14 plus & love it & my 14 plus has a physical sim & esim option
I used to talk a lot about iPhones, I’m more android and yet 2 years later, iPhone is now my main while android secondary work phone and 3rd is my “fun” device, also android. I have nothing against the 14 plus. I will probably use my 13 pro max til the 15 or 17. I can see where it’s worth it.
if youre already on an iphone 13 pro max its not worth the upgrade. It's only worth it if you're moving from an XR/11/12

I Just got one today. I have always wanted one with the 3 cameras but I literally paid $85 for this phone from Walmart. The only thing I don't like is the midnight colour and the case I chose. What case do you have on yours?
I bought the iPhone 14 plus on release weekend so for the past two months it’s been the best iPhone that I’ve had. Even though yes everyone says that the iPhone 14 plus is trash garbage or whatever or people saying you should’ve got the iPhone 13 Pro Max instead well why would I want to go backwards one year where I can have one more year updates going forward a year, having exact same thing the pro max except for 120 Hz refresh rate, extra camera, liDAR sensor that’s it that’s the extra $200 you’re spending so I’m thinking if people want the 14 plus and not want to spend the extra money that’s their choice obviously everyone seems to want to hate on this iPhone it’s sad.
Ikr. Especially I like ios16. People were complaining 13 pro max battery drain on iOS 16. Meanwhile ios16 is perfectly optimised for I phone 14 plus. People also forget ergonomics. 14 plus is wayyyy lighter. I do think the phone is a little bit overpriced but some people act like they can control what people want to buy. When I watch 14 plus unboxing videos people keep saying just buy 13 pro max. Anyways let them keep hating. The low demand means my 14 plus will be shipped the next day rather than waiting months for 14 pro max

@@123theprodigy5 I agree with that. I traded in my iPhone 12 mini for the iPhone 14 plus but I had the mini for almost 2 years and it was a great phone.

all of the iPhone 14's in Canada still have a SIM slot tray, however I decided to try the eSim but when it came to switching to a new iphone it was a major hassle. I spent an hour+ at Virgin Mobile trying to get my number ported back to a physical Sim card after failing to get it transferred to my new iphone esim. if people from the USA want an iPhone 14 with a Sim tray, order one from Canada, or go to Canada and buy one- they aren't locked to any carriers either. you can even walk into any carrier and buy one out right without it being locked to the carrier.
Do you know any Canadian Tech websites that can deliver Physical Sim iPhones to the US?

What you're going to do in the future when all phones go to Esim which I think is a bad idea, but that's where it's headed.
Tech companies generally don’t listen to tech enthusiasts. They listen to general consumers. As unfortunate and irritating as that sounds to TH-camrs and techies that’s the truth. General consumers always buy what’s on sale not what has the most bells and whistles. That’s why the pixel 6a at 299 got so much attention during Black Friday.
I wanted it, but not going to pay $1249 cad fo 128gb model. Pixel 6 Pro I paid $979 cad, whhich has more featiures and telephoto camera. Plus 13% taxes here. This iPhone should be $699 at most usd.
Bruh I literally cannot fathom people being able to squeeze multiple days at a time between charges on their phones.
Upon checking this phone out at the store, It’s not a bad phone. I can see the appeal.

I have no idea what possessed me to try the eSIM, but I had to spend an hour and a half in virgin mobile trying to fix it. first they tried to Port the number to the new iPhone eSim. but failed, next they had to call virgin support and that took a long time.
@@sounds0fmeows while we have physical sims here in Canada It was a nightmare to do the transfer directly from the old phone to the new phone. Ended up bricking my old phone. After a couple hours of research I was able to recover my old phone. Next time I will just do things the old fashioned way and use I tunes. Hope this message can save some of you a lot of time and trouble.
Apple asks an insane €1.139 for this phone in Europe. Given the specs a disgrace! Bought a new S22+ instead for almost half the price.

i came from a 13mini- mainly for the battery life (which is insane)- and the bigger screen is wonderful and beautiful too. My 13 mini became super annoying after a year.
