If you have recorded the video with a capture card with video out through usb c, then how can you claim that there is FPS drop from 90fps to 60fps when the capturing is handled by the external capture card? Care to explain?

As soon as I plug the capture card into my phone, my phone's display locks at 60Hz, which also locks the in-game frame rate at 60FPS.
