Even in the LGBT community, there is an acknowledgement of the difference between sex and gender. Sex is Male and female which is based on biology, gender is what would be called a social construct. What the person at the end is suggesting is that we remove the classification of sex which is what you are assigned at birth based on your biology. How exactly is this beneficial for society? I understand the gender-neutral stuff, but what is the problem with assigning differences between sex, because those different sexes have different biology and will have different experiences based on that biology, therefore for medical reasons you need those classifications in order to address specific situations for those different sexes.
Seoketsi, I think it's difficult to interview her. Eish how I wish they could have left Tholang to be the only one interviewed. This Seoketsi should have her day bathong.
Seoketsi, although a great activitist was not answering the questions posed to her. Or atleast she was in a very indirect way. It was great hearing Tholang's lived experience. Truly educational for all those who do not fulle understand Trans people. Relebogile is a great interviewer. Very knowledgeable on the subject matter.
I love watching such shows so I can understand better other people's lives and not to offend any in future, as a straight person,if not exposed to such things mostly I used to react differently but now with such shows and knowledge, am now more comfortable with them and I know they're human beings like me,

It is not all there is to it but what we call gender expression is how we communicate to society our womaness or maleness according to the societal cues that have been accorded to both. So it's not all there is to it but it's usually how one communicates to the world

Is it tolerance that a world be accommodating to have a genderless society? What about the existing landscape where gender is cekebrated and very much part and parcel of the landscape? Why must the world bend over backward to accommodate minority groups? As freedom goes, each person/group is free to chose the lifestyle he/she chooses, but care must be taken not to impose or foist opinions on others.

I'm all for the LGBTQ + community. I support them 💯. If you are a transgender or transexual especially, I'm sorry but not sorry to say... you owe it to your prospective sexual partner to let them know who and what you are. When you don't, you are violating their sexual autonomy. To tell them after you've gotten physicall, is all sorts wrong and would be upsetting to anyone.That's coz you've robbed them of their right to make an informed decision of whether or not they want to get in bed with you and therefore victimising them sexually. If it's out of fear of rejection that you do it, my advice would be not to do it, why would you want to be with someone who doesn't want you anyways. 😳

I got to learn that gender identity doesn't always corelate with sexual orientation. Hence a person can be transgender and still have the same sexual orientation as before.
Respectfully speaking, it is safe to say believing in trans gender is not believing in God's principles concerning gender , because according to Him, it's either male or female, that's why when a child is born, the "only" thing that will determine their gender without arguments , is their sexuality. Though He loves us all.
