Love the detail of your tutorial! Remember making these with tissue paper back in the day. Time to get out some of my paper crafting supplies and make a couple of these. Thank you Soul Brother for a wonderful Christmas Ornament idea.

    Hi Mike,
This reminds me of my childhood where my Mother and I crafted most of the CHRISTmas gifts for our family.
Your cute ornament will be a great addition to our family tradition. I had never seen that glue applicator. Looks like a white out tape.
Great video! Very clear instructions. Thanks!

Great video Mike, you did amazing! My best Xmas was at 13 yo waking up to find a brand spanking new Singer sewing machine next to the tree. I will never forget that moment. I love your ornament and your tutorial, you’re a natural ! 🥰

Loved your video. This is a project I can do with the grand daughters when they visit. They can make a Christmas ornament and take it home with them to remember the day they visited and also have a new decoration for their tree. This will be a good memory .

Hi Mike. I love the Christmas ball that you made. It is so different. I will definitely be making this. My husband, son, and daughter and I spend Christmas Eve opening presents, and having a wonderful meal. We always watch Elf and play games. Then Christmas day is spent with our whole family. I look forward to this every year. Have a great day.

Hi, Mike! I love this! I have SO much paper & this would be a great way to use some up! My favorite part of the holiday is spending time with family & friends! One of my favorite memories is making Christmas cookies with my kids when they were little & decorating the tree together. TFS xoxo 💚🤗

My mom made beautiful cross stitched Christmas ornaments each year. A cherished treasure trove of love and creativity. Thank you for demonstrating how to make this Christmas ornament. I haven’t seen an adhesive dispenser like the one you are using. I like it!

That is a cute ornament. I remember we always made some sort of ornament or decor for Christmas. We made snowflakes out of various materials, always made popcorn and cranberry strings, made ornaments out of oranges with cloves and other items, we made ornaments out of pinecones and gourds. My mom always came up with new ideas.

This is really nice!! I have way too many packs of paper and this would make a great project. The best memory I have is when my dad and I would decorate the try together.

Love the video! I remember making them with tissue paper, too! I had forgotten about it until you did this video. Thanks for the flood of great memories. I love this! I when I finished my beautiful and colorful paper ball, It (you) inspired me to make one with fabric ……..SEWN together! I like how easy it is to make the paper balls and that I can easily adjust the “pattern” to make them different sizes. Simply superb!❤

Howdeeee Mikey! What a cute idea! I have a whole bin of scrapbook fabric that my daughter gave me to play with. I am sooooooo making this!
When my daughter was little we spent hours making little craft items to hang on our tree. We were too poor to buy those fancy ornaments that we saw in the stores so we went home and made our own. Those memories are precious. We made all kinds of things like we would cut out cardboard stars out of cereal boxes and cover them with tin foil, to name just one of many. I can afford those fancy decorations now but my favorites are still the ones we made.

Cute ornament Mike! I like to make a homemade ornament every year. I think I get this from when I was in school and Sunday school and we made something every year. My Mom even liked to made ornaments as well. Fun memories that can be cherished when you get them out and put them on the tree.🌲

Hey Mike!😊 I remember doing these in grammer school but not quite this big. We would slather glue inside and pour glitter all over it. They didn't come out quite as pretty as yours tho. How fun! Looking forward to watching the outcome. Finally got to put a face with your name yay!😊

What? No glitter? I do love this made with the plaid paper. It is fantastic. I hadn't seen anyone glue the opposite edges like that in other videos and I it really makes it unique. My favorite memory of Christmas would have to be letting the grandkids decorate Christmas cookies I baked from scratch.

I really like this. It would also be nice using fabric stiffened with the really stiff interfacing in between two pieces of fabric. I like that you didn’t use obviously Christmas paper but the check would also look good at Christmas too.
My favourite part of the Christmas holidays is all the family together around the table having fun and enjoying good food on Christmas Day. We always do Christmas at my house and sometimes there are twenty plus of us for Christmas dinner. I hate the thought of someone being alone at Christmas so there’s often an extra friend brought by one of my kids or my nephews or nieces. One of the best years we played cards against humanity and my mum won! 😂 her grandchildren were really proud and horrified at the same time!
