"Ц. 3.50лв". "Ц." is just short for "Цена", aka "Price".
"лв." is short for "Лева", aka "Leva" that is the currency of Bulgaria.
"Севлиево", aka "Sevlievo" is a city in Bulgaria. Most likely the lock has been manufactured there.
Иван Снежков few people actually leave translations, god bless you
Thank you for translating!
You have done a great service today.
Yes, thanks. I have quite a few locks from Bulgaria in my collection.
@@thelockpickinglebowski633 Where's the money, Lebowski?
Have to admit Bill, I gotta love your graphic arts team and with over 1500 videos I don't think I've seen the same intro twice!
You need to make a Dudes treasure chest playlist.
Love all the technics you are showing on this treasure chest
Damn you Bill and LPL. I have now 3 orders incoming from Sparrows, UKBumpKeys, and LearnLockPicking because of you two! Never picked a lock in my life before. :D
Me too
They both got me 2 years ago. I've now got a bucket of locks and probably 400 in picks. It will consume you.
@@davemcdaniel4856 My first orders were "only" ~$200, and i'm sure i'll be getting some more once i get to do some actual picking. :D
@@Charun1982 That's a lot to start with! Don't get frustrated if you can't pick all the locks you want to at first. It takes practice. Start simple. Bill and LPL have lots and lots of practice. If you're persistent you'll do good!
@@Polite_Cat Thanks. :) Got my Ultimate Adversery lock already, now i'll just need to wait for the picks to arrive.
The greatest thing about this channel is a different intro every video! Keep it up!!
It is a Bulgarian lock and it says "price 3.50 leva" on one side and "Sevlievo" ( it is as City) on the other...
Excellent work, master Bill!
I learned a valuable lesson here. Never discard a tool. No matter how useless, beatup, or overly worn down. You pulled out not one but TWO tools that you repurposed from other tools to pick that lock. Thanks!
Lock #29 now known as the Arrgg Lock.
That's also the castle where the Holy Grail is held.
In keeping with the pirate motif...
@@Swingman2012 What's a pirates favorite letter?
@@Rhyno186 RRRRRRR!
That's too easy.
@@Swingman2012 No, Matey. It be the "C"!
Bill the time you put in to intros in itself is remarkable let alone your lock picking skill
Thank you for noticing! Most people just fast forward through them...😀
I can’t it’s part of the joy of watching your channel what are you gonna do next 👍
Just imagine if that was a screw type lock where you'd have to turn it like 10 times to open it
you are absolutely amazing young Bill thank you for your info on all your locks well done
Lock Picking Lebowski selected that lock special because those characters translate to Tension this difficult lock.So looking forward to the 3rd nested box of lox.
New drinking game. Take a shot everytime he says "not the best angle"
Don't think so. One video will only get you buzzed and binging a bunch will land you in the ER with alcohol poisoning. You need to specify a three video limit.
@@RMoribayashi
I think *just* this video would land you in the ER...
I say take a shot whenever he has a "That's what she said" moment. If it fits, you drink. :)
This leg is a little too thick to fit inside this narrow groove." That's what she said. Drink.
"I'm trying to find a good angle here." TWSS. Drink.
"Stay in there, Stay in there!" Oh yea, That's what she said. Drink.
"That was quite easy to get into"
how about just take a pull every time he says tension
I couldn't stop laughing when you said Arrgh, that was just perfect Bill!
Every time the tension wrench fell out, you really held back from cursing LOL
Was it THAT obvious?... All I could think about was "crap, now this is going to be a really long video"...
Begins to rotate... then the lock snatches defeat from the jaws of victory. Surprised it wasn’t counter clockwise like so many Russian locks.
"Argg!" at 3:00. A real pirate trying to get to the booty.
Tough angle to get at still not a bad little cylinder lock, good picking Bill.
Did I hear an 'ARRRG"!
That second treasure chest is turning Bill into a Pirate.
Arrgg ... That treasure chest is turning you into a pirate matey. :)
I was waiting for this lock from quite some time. Basically as soon as I saw that there is a bulgarian padlock on the inner chest 😅🔒🔒🤓
Love your videos bill! Im learning so much from you!
Bill, the more and more I watch the lock pick community, I find some amazing things. But I have not found anyone better at it, and explaining at the same time as you. I follow what you are doing. Can you recommend any others that teach as they are picking as you? Most kind of replicate what you do, but do not tell what they are going through. They just do it.
Lock Picking Lawyer has really good content too
I commend you on your patience and tenacity 👍
The “Dude” must stay up late at night in his lair, thinking of how to thwart you 😂
You make it look so simple Mr.Bill
What i want to know is, In the bank bag of keys, is there a 2nd locked bag with keys for the 2nd chest?
That lock looks familiar. I could swear Bill has done a lock just like that one before. On that one, the middle column was off-center, making it very hard to tension due to the tiny gap.
Why are pirates, pirates? Because they RRrr
Looks like you could tension from the inside of the inner ring to the outside of the body instead of right across the centre post.
wharf in ships clothing Won't work. Inner pin and outer ring are apparently both the same piece of metal (the plug). It has a circular groove for the key drilled from the front) and round holes for the key pins (drilled from the rear).
@@johnfrancisdoe1563 I'm sure you are correct and no doubt Bill would have done so were it a better way to tension.
Hands up for who is hoping that there is a 3rd chest inside of this one, just to see the look on bills face
IF there is, I hope he switches to bypasses rather than SPP'ing. This project is getting rather tedious (Bill's spent over a month on this thing, now).
One of these locks where the pins do nothing and ther is another way to open it might be diabolical....
SeriousThree maybe someone should try making a challenge lock like that (not that I have any idea how...)
@@jaynnnewell4722 Simplest way might be to mount magnets between the pins that operate the real switches. You could make the lock electronic and depend on giving it a code to pull a single hidden pin. Would not need a lot of power so could be operated by a battery in the key. Second option here would be impossible to pick.
One with a safe style lock, three turns to the left, two to the right, one last to the left, with different springs and security pins so they couldn't use a tubular pick so they have to pick every single one dozens of times...
I'll just bet there is another smaller box of lock's....anyone else thinking this or am I own my own on this....👍🇺🇸 great job Mr. Bill.👍😎
John Teague There's certainly room for a locked key box.
Nicely done my friend 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟
Where can I get one if those random intro generators?
if only you had some guns :) they use bean bags to support weapons to aid with sighting... the bean bags would be perfect to put under the treasure chest to prop it into position....
This is probably a Bulgarian lock, the price is 3.50 LV, which I think means Bulgarian lev.
and it says "Sevlievo" which is a town in Bulgaria
So the tubular impressioning tools don't work on Bulgarian locks?
Wrong size and pin configuration, I think. Impressioners only work on ones of the same size and pin count.
Pretty dam funny
Intriguing lock well done😃
The translation says... "the box is empty" ! Lol
After watching a ton of your great content, I read about the locks everyone puts on bridges, getting cut off. Wouldn't it be cool to make that a Locksport event?
You can make sections and have a time limit to get as many locks off as you can, with a cut off for the next round. Choice of lock is free within the section, so there's knowledge involved as well in recognising easy locks. The harder locks remain for later rounds, so progression remains challenging. Every round you get a new section, so you can't plan ahead. Along with the sheer variety in locks, it cancels out any section being preferable and keeps it even. For quarters, semi's and finals, mandatory locks can be added to increase difficulty if the hardest locks prove too easy. This also adds strategy in deciding when to tackle that lock, trying to do it all within the time limit.
I think this could be a cool event if you get a good camera crew on it and stream it. Not the easiest to get a crowd onto a pedestrian bridge and have space to pick locks.
I have two daughters. One from each wife they we're watching this morning the oldest from second wife is pretty good at picking locks the younger from the first wife says the candy will be stale at the rate and the time he's taking and she could have it opened in 3minutes by throwing it against a brick wall..I told her it's at picking locks not smash and grabbing what is in it the contents could be fragile then all you have is small useless parts..children what can i say but i was thinking same thing but i don't know the contents either so we wait till you open it and hope its worth it
How is it that your eldest daughter is from your FIRST wife yet the younger daughter is from your SECOND wife? Was time travel involved?
Read it again my second daughter is second wife my sept kid she is 18 months older
@@jamesdowney854 I see you liked this video
Spam Mouse - you can have kids without getting married, so it’s possible to have an elder kid from a second marriage without making an elderly scientist announce GREAT SCOTT!
@@adamwest8711 was the father as. Daughter says but not the sperm donor.any man can be a sperm donor takes a man to be a FATHER..thanks honey.. Now if the just picked better boy friends i would not have to worry so much..
I hope you will post a picture of the key for the "Russian" lock
3:01 ARRRRgh.
p. 3.50 BGN, SEVLIEVO (Bulgarian city)
Nicely done. Now I wants a GOAT... Thanks for the picking.
It almost looks like you could tension with something round to go in the notch.
You still have to get around it to the pins. Typically, you'd use an impressioning tool, but if you find the video where Bill modified that Sparrows wrench, you'd see that the Russian tubular locks are a different size than the western standards. It's a good pick.
@@Plugh13 You misunderstand. I'm saying his tension wrench looked like a pain to use. It looks like you can use a very short circular dowel to tension with as you pick.
There is room for *twice* the amount of pins in that
👍📹
Nice
Woo, first to comment.
What's in the box? Probably another lock.
Premium lockporn parafanilia is my best guess
The skull looks mighty pleased with itself, smug. If there's nothing devious inside...well, i'd be disappointed.
What if it's the key to the bank bag that holds the other keys?
@@or-what It does.. The Dude wrote a message saying so. 🍀🇮🇪
A bunch of anus chocolates...
😎
Put the box on the vise, that may help...
I'd ask Harry.
The side with the number stands for the price and the other simply says "Bosnianbill" as usual.
He told people to include the translation in the description rather than the comments. Channel giveaway clue?
That lock says "Sevlievo" (Севлиево). Dunno what that is
City in Bulgaria
@@mydemon welp. Excuse my Russian ass.
Ugh! Get some heavy bolt cutters and smash that box already!
Morning have a fantastic day
maybe "Down with America?"
How many pins it has?
I can't stand auto focus cameras. I leave mine turned off.
It says "bosnianbill owned me"
What if there's a little box with locks on it inside that one and so on
@thunderbird002 yup
Avast ye scurvy dawgs! Arrr, arrr, arrr. Cut off me leg and call me Peg.☠☠☠
Je Hey bill, been lookin at your Chanel for & while... and I finally got me to order pIcks on amazon... Chinesium, but as I thought I got hooked... In Japan I may have to register as a lock pick trainee to even have the right to own picks, right now I just master’d the shitty see through pick I got(today)... get your kicks... because, I’m coming.... when I get my shit together, first beer is on me... mark my words...
I never understood the design of those tubular lock tensioners. It makes no sense to me. There's two wings, when it makes sense to have two such tools, one with a wing on one side, one with a wing on the other (so you don't get stuck in your double winged tensioner ), and there's no support. You're asked to tension whilst holding it precariously with one or two fingers...and left to the variable of hitting the other wing with your hand/feeler/pick.
There should've been a third leg, half circle in the center where most of these locks if not all have an island, bent at 90 to give you that registration you need to not move it side to side, potentially losing index (like it happens most of the times).
Tubular locks come in different sizes, the 2 prongs will fit 90% of tubular locks, if you had a third prong you could only tension tubular locks with a certain size of keyway. 3 prongs would probably fit 45-50% of tubular locks.
Where's that third hand when you need it?
I’d thrown that box against the wall trying to tension that pc of crap lock.
Lol!
Impressioner tool
The lock says, "This side down, see other side." The other side says, "Rotate 350° to read correctly."
