At 2:36 you have straps in the thing. These straps aren't in the pram by default and you don't show how to put the things in. Where do they connect to? There's nothing on the back it can connect to.
I watched a different video to adjust mine a few months ago. You just thread the straps throught the back holes and pull them through to the front. Hope you have sorted it
