Telling my wife about Hoshizaki evaporator replacement

In this video I show the process of replacing a Hoshizaki evaporator that had failed. This Hoshizaki ice machine stopped making ice because the evaporator plates had separated from the copper coil. I recorded the video and then added the audio of me explaining the process.
