I have said that before, their loss to the Brahmas was the best thing that could happen. The run defense showed up massively and Martinez bounced back after being benched last week. This is a dominating victory for the Stallions.

Skip Holtz is one hell of a coach. To lose only 4 games in 3 seasons of a pro league of like competition is unbelievable. The Stallions are obviously very well coached and must have a great culture that all these new players buy into. Great job Stallions and can’t wait until next year.

I mean every team had the same chance to get good players, they just did better at it so I'm not sure that is true for either the Stallions or the Warriors. 'Monopolizing' lmao, they are/were just good teams.
@@PlaySAThe USFL would never allow a team to become disproportionately stacked with the talent, and the other seven teams wouldn't put up with it. Neither would Dwayne Johnson.

I'm a fan of Bham. They are nearest to a deep South team in the UFL. Chattanooga would be a perfect spot for expansion team. Football is king in the South. UFL is a good product, I think.

Pure domination. Nothing left to say, Skip Holtz has made a name for his squad, and the Birmingham Stallions are now UFL Champions!! Tom Brady made the call in the booth, the team to break a sweat first was going to have a good chance, and it was all Birmingham from that last drive of the 1st half on. The Brahmas played sloppy today, and getting shutout in the big game has got to be such a bad feeling. They'll be eager next year, I'm sure.

The Stallions are the dynasty of spring football. They only lost once each season and they find ways to really dominate the postseason. How they ever win like that is beyond me especially when it was a defensive battle.
The Stallions have been the best Spring League Organization since their inception. The best org with the best fans. #SpringDynasty
Chase Garners sliding play was absolutely terrible. I'm surprised people aren't talking about that more. That pretty much lost them the game
Chase Garbers single handedly lost this game.... For the Brahma's.... An it wasn't just one slide he did it in the first half also which was short but they didn't call the first one.
But Congrats to Stallions they deserved to win after that Brahma performance.
His slide was the final nail in the coffin. Remember, Kirkland had a horrible game too.

There was one that did matter where he had about 1-2 yards but instead stepped out short about an inch. Then they got delay of game but converted anyway. He should be ashamed for playing like it’s preseason in a championship game.
Uh, their entire team lost the game. But mostly the offense. Agree that was a terrible play though. Just unbelievable.

@@CBG19no it was just the Brahmas being bested in this one. The XFL conference finished in a higher head to head win percentage versus the USFL conference. Remember the Brahmas handed the Stallions a loss in another defensive game. So it’s just whose team defense shows up.

@@DrownInLysergic Actually, most of them were making over $200k a season on the practice squad. These guys are only making $5,500 per game, but with the opportunity to impress NFL scouts and see if they can compete for a roster spot and earn more money.

And that brings the inaugural season to a close. Congrats to the Stallions. I've become a huge convert and fan and the playoff games were all absolute thrillers. Felt bad for San Antonio, I could sense their frustration. Wish it had been more competitive on their end and I'm sure they feel the same way. Looking forward to next Spring.

Embrassing for san antonio
Admittedly is was kind of an ugly game, but UFL football this spring was a ton of fun to watch. Gave us something to look forward to for almost 3 months each weekend. Can't wait to see the UFL again next spring.

@@cuzzo5666thank you I’m tired of seeing all these comments about the attendance. The league literally just started and has been incredible in ratings. People can complain about our attendance but we’re literally number one in viewership, they know our name and it’s not easy to immediately pack out a stadium. Of course there’s room for improvement but we have an entire off season for the league to address the issues

@@DDDiego STL has more fans attend than any other team and more than 3 teams combined and they couldn't get 30K for the championship game IN STL! If the Battlehawks were playing it would've sold out.
Great job UFL for a great season. Can’t wait to see you guys next season as well. Hopefully next season you guys will be adding more teams and making more play competitive and hopefully NFL owners of the NFL will see and hopefully will work on creating some type of partnership where you guys can work together and create a flow program for people that want to play for the NFL to learn how to do well in the UFL learn the basics. Also, I want to say I think you guys should change your championship from the championship of the UFL to the United bowl.

Why would he as he has been killing it here. The NFL is too corporate, too many people interfering and don't forget prima dona players.

I'd say an SEC or ACC team but in the NIL era could Holtz adapt or, at age 60, is he too old school? The NFL seems a bit of a stretch given his age and lack of any experience in the league as a position coach or coordinator. Does he stay? Leading a UFL dynasty is not a bad legacy. His given name is Lou Holtz, Jr. You can't argue with his bloodline.
Skip seems to like his job. He works as an assistant coach at Northwestern, so he has one foot in the Power 5 college game in the fall, and he gets to coach pro ball in the spring.

@@fate8718 what run? They only did 12 plays with designed RB runs the entire game. Lovett touched the ball once. They gave up on the run early. Controlled most of the first half running the clock and playing D, then seemingly gave up and just started calling dink and dunks the rest of the game.

When you literally cant run the ball you have to try to get quick passes to work so you can run the ball
Both sides were struggling to find a rhythm offensivly, and then Bham did
The defense took away the run and it was over from there
@@fate8718 The RBs both averaged over 3.4 per carry. All you need in football. They only went under 3 when you factor in QB runs and scrambles (more bad play calls when youre line cant even beat a standard rush)
According to Mike Mitchell, 27k fans were in the stands for game. But watching the game on TV , it looks like there were 10K in the attendance.
I think the stadium holds like 50-60,000, so 27,000 fans would still leave it half empty.

I wasn't in person but it didn't felt like one I felt more like a regular game like no grandiose and no mega event i get it it wasn't going to be like the superbowl but it needed more pizzaz also the low attendance didn't help

There was 27K today, those aren’t bad numbers at all. The league is still trying to breathe and make its brand known. People aren’t gonna come out immediately, give it time and for them to market these teams. I’m telling you, it will work out

You could clearly see how much better coached the Stallions are than the Brahmas. So many missed opportunities and needless penalties.
