I can't tell you how much I'm loving this play through, I don't want it to end! I also wanted to thank you, you've not only changed the way I play the sims but the way i view it! Always, always stay cosy!
This is fun! Im loving this pack so much. Im playing with a sim who has high cooking skill and she can make significantly more expensive pizzas and stuff. She ends up making way more money as a result. On another note, I saw a mod today that makes the table look like a food truck but with same functionality. I was blown away by what content creators can do. You might want to check it out!
The struggle is real! I actually like that it's not too easy - Norma's story and character have grown because of that. I like when the game prompts you in directions you might not have taken otherwise. Love this lp ❤
Every time I make the chicken and waffles in game it makes me think of Christmas. My family used to do Christmas brunch and it was my favorite part of the day! If you reach level 4 in handiness you can upgrade your appliances to cook a bit faster. If you complete the other aspiration that came with this pack you will be able to produce double the dish. So for example if you are making the chicken and waffles instead of 1 plate of 8 servings you will get 2 servings of 8. cooking more in less time 👍🏾.
I feel like the higher your cooking/baking skill is, the more money you make. My sim made almost 2k in one food sale, and I never marked up the prices. They have level 10 cooking skill.
I believe they fixed the plant glitch prior to the stuff pack launch. The devs knew players would take advantage of the skill so they took the time to fix that bug. I myself have never been a green thumb in the sims but recently I found myself enjoying gardening in this game. Maybe Norma gets into Kombucha or Juice fizzing next.
