I deal with a lot of cash. I carry to protect my employees, customers and business. Thankfully the city council caught them in a lie when they had their statements taken. The “Domestic violence” laws need to be relegated to the scrap heap of history with the Nuremberg laws of Adolf Hitler!
For those who are not aware, if you are charged with a misdemeanor “domestic violence”, and you decide to fight it with a jury trial, just keep this in mind….all that a prosecutor has to prove to the jury, in order to gain a “guilty” verdict, is that you raised your voice “in a manner that made the victim believe that serious bodily injury was a likely or probable result”
The legal definition of Assault only applies to “verbal attacks” it has nothing to do with physical attacks, that is the “Battery” component!
And it’s not like Joe Biden has repeatedly declared everyone who didn’t vote for him as “Domestic Extremists”….so we all know that the “Domestic Violence” laws will only be applied to those alcoholic, woman beating scumbags watching Jerry Springer all day right 🤔

hence why i known people personally that haven't gone 2015-up hunting or anything gun things that are for legal gun ownership/operator's. not convicted of anything or used a gun inappropriately but so far there-mens rights are being trampled on and the one's i did have access to ( for 5+years unsupervised mine you aka if a fellony/mass shooting was going to happen it would have by now but hasn't ) went missing by nefarious means 🚓 😉 what's more missed up is 👮 probably has it at home or sold it and pocketed the cash 💵 off of it
not superstitious but one of the guns was pre-civil war and in the war and it's cursed/hunted and has a habit of killing young men ( my guess is for revenge from a firing line/tar massacre at the start of the war against MO or kannas slave owner's/sounthers ) ( wife's go 🤪 ) if there not formillar with the ghosts/curse/hunting 😉, so i hope it doesn't get more ( say every 5 years ) dad's-outside of the OG family then OG-owner/family knowing with at this point 1840~ to 2021 6-💀 ~ ( some ignored the warnings about it and died later by it ) not counting the days on the front lines of battlefield

    • @richardprice5978
      @richardprice5978 2 ปีที่แล้ว

one way that happens already is "unauthorised person to own a gun" aka red flag ruling/enforcement ( warrants and court ruling plus violence criminal charges that stick using firearms ( like armed robbery and shots fired and someone got hurt and person is the robber firing shots first ) that's the only right reason to ban some one from gun use/ownership and after 20~years/probation they should be religibel for ownership showing low risk to civilly ) last i checked the usa 🇺🇸 doesn't have a official gun registration and insurance mandate and VIN for driver's O sorry i ment gun's so getting stopped/them coming to where you store/use your guns might mean convictsion of all of them including the ones registered to you by the ATF and the private sale/inheritance ect. and no criminal activity attachment to anyone aka you or the guns
they use that tactics on people who are just in the car/borrowing it at the range for fellony charge's which is B.S as there being lawful citizens and guns aren't used at a crime scene ect

@@AndyDrake-FOOKYT maybe not US senators. Perhaps the original commenter wrote about state senators.
That said, there might be something states can do about US senators and others who use the federal government to violate rights. I think it’s especially important that people understand what I believe is a legal gift SCOTUS gave the states last year. I intend to try to lobby my Texas legislators and try to speak through connections to the Florida and Alabama state governments. Allow me to elaborate.
The constitution won’t enforce itself. It would be good if the states help their citizens along these lines, like how in a small way they do from time to time, such as Florida regarding federal COVID-19 rules or a New Mexican sheriff who threatened to arrest federal foresters (some of them armed) on a Friday if they interfered with state foresters doing their legally prescribed jobs. Friday was the icing on the cake: No one would see a judge until Monday morning. The feds decided it was better just to call it a day.
Make no mistake, the ten Democratic and ten Republican US senators who negotiated the framework for the bill out of the public eye conspired to deprive people of their rights under color of law. That’s a federal crime because what’s done away from the public eye on the floor of the Senate is not protected deliberation. If it’s scheming to enable a crime - such as deprivation of rights under color of law - it’s conspiracy.
The federal Department of Justice rarely prosecutes anyone for violating someone’s rights under color of law (18 USC §242) or conspiracy to do so (18 USC §241). They certainly aren’t about to start. A study at University of Syracuse found that the DoJ only prosecuted cases 0.3% of the time when it deemed there was enough evidence to prosecute. Yes, 99.7% went unprosecuted. And what of other cases? Were they investigated well or just lackadaisically because of anticipated non-prosecution? Might there have been enough evidence in more cases with more thorough investigation? The study was silent on those questions.
States should all have their own versions of 18 USC §241 and §242 and apply them to federal employees and federal elected officials explicitly in addition to anyone else. The unfaithful electors case, Chiafolo v. Washington (State), is a gift to the states along these lines. It allows a state to punish a federal official for violating state law while performing his or her official duty without even requiring that the official violate an oath or affirmation. Laws that explicitly punish violating one’s oath or affirmation to uphold the constitution should withstand legal challenges quite well under Chiafolo.
Under Chiafolo, punishments included fines and removal from office merely for not voting as expected. It could be easy to justify imprisonment when violating state laws about something as serious as one’s oath or affirmation to uphold the constitution or violating people’s rights. Think about that, and consider contacting your friendly state legislators.

Everyone needs to assume the responsibility of protecting themselves and their families. Why I am against mental evaluation as a gun owner requirement.
I have seen numerous statements on social media by people identifying themselves as doctors declaring individuals who disagree with them as mentally ill according to their political agenda.
No system should require a person's basic Liberty right to be dependent on an approval of another person based on subjective opinions.
Especially so when there are clear and obvious evidence that some doctors are willing to use their position and credentials to slander others. Which means anti-gun, anti-self-defense doctors are capable of declaring anyone who are evaulated to qualify for a gun purchase, if such evaluation is mandated, as mentally ill only because the doctor hates gun ownership.
If an anti-gun zealot can abuse Red Flag gun laws then any anti-gun doctor or anyone who can make a claim to the evaluating doctor can abuse mental health background check.
