What tickles me is folks say Crypto is such a terrible legend only because they simply do not know how to use him or utilize his abilities in such a way that easily gives him the easy wallhack fights
People know how tp play him but if you destroy his drone (which is easy) he's not even a legend anymore instead he's just a cool guy until his drone is ready again
@@redandsoulles132 as a 11k crypto main, i see it as bloodhound's tact kuz even if his drone gets shot down automatically tells me theres a nearby enemy without even scanning drone nor the reckon beackon

Feel like the apex community doesn't have a brain of its own. Legends only become good when the pros deem them to be and then everyone else just agrees with it.
Bang was top tier for years but people only really started maining her cause of algs. Fuse as well.
That's true for most popular games in general. People are too afraid or lazy to experiment and find out what's best for them so they choose to copy whatever is "meta" instead.

2nd charge base kit. Damage 20 to 15 and minus one second on overheat resource duration. Makes primary weapon for allies tier 3 attachments minimum during tempest. Increase ult charge by 30 seconds. Make the sling perk a tier 3 perk and make it to where your sling weapon becomes a red tier weapon at the cost of infinite ammo and movement speed bonus. With on 1.5 times the reload speed instead of 2x. (I do not mind a Ballistic meta, and yes any legend is annoying if the other player is good)
@@jimthabeast5345Nah, the only thing Ballistic needs to become meta is to fully lock one enemy gun, like for the whole period of his Q the enemy can shoot only one gun..That will buff his pickrate and the only way to counter him is to play as him cuz u will have 3 guns and if u get hit by his Q u will still remain with the base 2 guns..🤷

Tips on playing Crypto this season: Just use his drone like you are playing yo-yo. Keep throwing and recalling and *BOOM* free constant info on nearby squads and also a bit of trolling to your teammates ears that have to hear Crypto voiceline every second(not as bad as Vantage echolocation).

Hi Ashton, just wanted to tell you that your videos are amazing and I wait with much anticipation for each video to come out.
Ash being able to do stuff while throwing snares might seem like minor change but it's such a massive Quality of Life change and I'm all for it.
Her ult still sucks though, which is why she's not popular.
Yeah, it's more quality of life, it's nice but they'll have to do some serious buffs if they want her to be good.
Her ult is good just needs a faster cooldown or 2 charges, then buff the snare into canceling actions/revives like the old Seer would

@@maddenplaya2097 I've been saying for seasons that her ult needs a lower cooldown. Look at Octane, his is shorter and he can have 2 charges.
Think crypto was overlooked as hated because in a fight, you can put him in a corner of a room and he can act as a surveillance, combining drone with Bangalore smoke can be very helpful locating enemies, and we forget that he can grab banners and respawn teammates with the drone

As a crypto main I'm grateful nobody else plays him, as that way I just keep getting buffs 💪😎. No, but like, really, he is secretly op, only that he is one of the phew legends who actually demand brain activity (looking at you Octane).
That's the best thing about playing an unpopular legend, no one steals it and no matter how op they are, they just get more buffs 😂

@@Andi-7708 all I want is for his decoys to be fixed. Especially this season, soooo many legends give away who the real Mirage is, even your own teammates. And it would be cool if he didn't glow blue when he's invisible during his ult, cuz once you see it you'll hit Mirage every time.

I’m convinced the people who say Ballistic is the worst legend are just trash with him, because Ballistic is actually the best legend for dogfighting in this game, because you pair his ultimate with something like a Spitfire, Alternator, or Havoc you can dominate lobbies and I like pairing him with legends like Revenant and Newcastle to put pressure on enemies. I literally had some of my best games this season with Ballistic, I really don’t understand why people think he’s trash.

Seer is useful for building checking with his passive espesually on worlds edge. Sure bloodhound is easier to scan but you can pinpoint exactly where the enemies are with his passive if u have played for more than 5 minutes of apex, also bloodhound reveals himself. Its more of a tradeoff. And the ulti is god tier in the final circle

Finally some justice for crypto. Hes really strong when u do know how to use him. Him having low pick rate is kinda an advantage bcs people don't know how to play around him and his drone. Also yea the drone is the chad. No joke

I was doing solo ranked and was bored so I picked Crypto and man it made me realize how cheesy he is in ranked. Free zone information so you know how many teams are around is crazy especially when you don't have to do anything but pull/leave it out. When they destroy the drone, you get it right back in like 10 seconds lol. When my teammates die in ranked i can send the drone out, get map room scan to see where everywhere is and find a safe spot to hide. The EMP is actually good now so I think Crypto is A tier in ranked.

I'm a crypto Main The drone has very useful abilities as in every fight. I usually throw up a drone right then and there there's a bangalore throwing her smoke. I throw up my drone because my room will came through the smoke and I'm all I have to do is shoot

All im saying about crypto is that his ENTIRE kit is countered by a single bullet most of the time... for 30 seconds, you get silenced for 30 seconds by one bullet... thats why he sucks.
Now, his recent perk update cuts that in half and gives him a speedboost. Im split on this because this encourages you to have your drone broken and you as the opponent to not shoot his drone...
When I first got back on Apex (I started in season five and came back a week before season seventeen ended) I only got on because of CATALYST. Yeah that’s right! When I unlocked Catalyst I instantly became a boss at her. I stopped maining her (if that’s a word) and now I think I have like… 225,990 damage in total as her. (I really don’t know I haven’t checked in two days) And either 391 kills or that might be Wraith or 396 kills in total.
I play Seer a lot and really find him useful, especially with his passive. I always do better with him than any other legend

Well... Seer is the most powerful legend in Apex. You can wallhacks with his tactical & pasive ability to reveal enemie. But some players don't know how to use Seer correctly. You must aiming with his tact. ability.
Ok, wait till u get the hag of my old man..Just do these things and u will see an instant boost in ur performance:
1. Ur off drop gun will always go in the sling cuz, off drop fully grey weapon is better than no attachments weapon
2. U will always and always pick the lvl up sling weapon (right blue perk) and two whistlers (left purple perk) perks
3. Try to adapt to 3 weapons..U can push two enemys (don't recommend it) with no problem cuz u have 3 guns and u can fast switch them
4. Try to hit ur Q in the middle of the fight (1v1) cuz u can't miss and they will get the effect fast
5. Always ult, the ult regen fast and u can even hold one ultimate acelerant in case of anything..the ult boost for ur whole team is rly good and slept on
6. Make ur moves carefully and calculated, u don't have any get out of jail cards so u can't solo push the enemys
7. Even tho ur Q has lock on..The lock on is kinda bad at long range and very easy to dodge
8. Use the Q as a trigger alarm in front of doors,etc. (i suggest u do this only when u have two whistlers aka two Q's) also if ur enemy is hideing after a corner try to hit the ground close to him, most of the times he will walk in the effect area without knowing it
9. Try to prioritize what gun go in sling, but u can always rock what u like
10. Try to push with his ult as a whole team, that's why he's a even better legend if u have a friend to instant give comms.
These are all the tips i can give u..🤷
imo newcastle shield not better than arm shield because you can't shoot threw it

This is my crypto main brain talking but people that think Crypto is the worst character in the game have the most hilarious skill issue. Sorry that you can’t have a get out of jail free card or disable your opponent in some way but constant scans and 50 shield damage do go crazy when you actually know what you’re doing with them 🤷♂️

Seer isnt the worst its just his passive is the only amazing thing avout him. Being able to delay abilities is really good but you gotta really pay attention to the passive to hit the tactical. And his ult is okay indoors other than that theres no reason to use it. He isnt better than bloodhound or crypto but he is still a fun legend.
