Where's circuit diagram?
Good way to transform electricity to heat and do no actual work. Any real motor with a load will burn all this up. You can only control (properly) AC motors via frequency. Messing with voltage will cause failure. This isn't a DC motor.

Its SCR and the voltage is 220 V the current pass to the SCR's is quite low. Burning the Scr with low current is never happen
